I’ve been in the shoes of a client so understand well the position you’re in right now. I have over 10 years of experience in life coaching, my clients include individuals and corporates. From one to one inner work to delivering energy management and emotional health sessions, I can promise you that you will learn more about yourself during your journey with me.

What you can expect from me:

I have a person centered style approach and create a safe and confidential space for all my clients. In a 60 minute session you will leave with clairty in relation to your specific need, moving forwards. I offer a non-judgemental environment which creates an open and honest avenue for growth and change.
