I am a Coach, Mentor, Facilitator, and Business Communications Consultant.
As a Transformational Coach, I help my clients getting clarity on what they want from life to become healthier, happier, more content individuals.
My interventions include challenging life transitions (redundancy, career change, starting a business, divorce, illness) and issues around wellbeing/self-care, stress management, burnout prevention or recovery (been there, done all of that so I have the experience to support you through this).
I provide a safe space for my clients to open up and be listened to, helping them find their feet again and create a renewed sense of harmony in their life.
I am straight talking, down to earth, approachable, and believe in helping others and in making kindness the norm. I thrive to create a life and a business that reflect my personality and character and that are truly aligned with my values of authenticity, integrity, kindness and joie de vivre.
Born and bred in France, I have lived in the UK for more than 20 years and am fluent in both French and English. I live in London with my 3 children and my cuddly cat Bilou (you might see him from time to time on our Zoom calls).
Training, qualifications & experience
My 20+ years career spans medical research, marketing & communications, coaching, mentoring and business management across academia, start-ups and agencies.
I am trained as a Mental Health First Aider.
- an Accredited Diploma in Transformational Coaching
- a Diploma in Small Business Management
- a PhD in Immunology from Imperial College.
Areas of coaching I deal with
6-month 1 :1 Coaching programme
The programme is well suited if you want to look at your life in a holistic way, are motivated to make changes and willing to try some new techniques or exercises. It may include depending on your needs: a life audit, work around your values, an assessment of your strengths and skills, goal planning, exploration and clearing of limiting beliefs, work on self-esteem or confidence, accountability.
The programme includes:
- 1 x 90-minute 1:1 session*
- 5 x 60-minute 1:1 sessions*
- Activities or ‘homework’ to do between sessions to help you move into action
- Email support
*Sessions can be held in French or in English.
*Sessions are held over Zoom allowing you to feel relaxed and comfortable in your own environment.
