What if you could...

Many people have the best intentions however few manage to realise these and create the impact they desire. We all have dreams, aspirations and goals. I use my skills as a coach to help people, like you, understand themselves, gain clarity around their goals and start their journey towards achieving them.

Coaching with me has enabled my clients to accomplish their dream jobs, start their own businesses and gain insight into themselves. How would your life be different if you could motivate yourself towards those goals that have deep meaning for you?

A high percentage of my clients have benefited from coaching around their career. Exploring topics from furthering their career to starting something new.

Training, qualifications & experience

I am a Barefoot certified coach. The Barefoot course being accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and approved by the National Council of Psychotherapist (NCP).

I have over 162 hours of coaching specific training logged against the ICF

The last 5 years of my career have been dedicated to helping organisations, individuals and teams understand themselves and each other in order to achieve great outcomes.

We have verified that at least one professional at this organisation is registered with the relevant professional body.

Further information

Coaching is all about two people collaborating and communicating for a positive outcome. This collaboration can be very powerful face to face however I also offer services via Zoom, Skype or good old telephone.

Wheelchair user access

Wheelchair-accessible premises should have step-free access for wheelchair users and individuals who are unable to climb stairs. If a life coach's premises aren't step-free, they may offer alternative services such as telephone/web-based appointments, home visits, or meeting clients in different location, so you can choose the option that suits you best.
