Hi, I’m Chloe! A trauma-informed health coach specialising in emotional wellbeing, nervous system regulation, and sustainable lifestyle change.
I work with individuals who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected from themselves, often after months (or years) of trying to fix things on their own. Whether you’re navigating chronic symptoms, emotional exhaustion, or a major life transition, I offer a safe, structured space to pause, reflect, and begin again, this time with full support.
My coaching is rooted in four key principles: intuition, individuality, balance, and a deep relationship to self. As an empath, I hold up a mirror, gently helping you connect the dots between past experiences, emotional patterns, and present behaviours. Through this process, long-standing blocks begin to shift, clarity returns, and your true self starts to lead.
Together, we explore the stories your body and mind are holding, so you can rebuild inner safety, trust your instincts, and create aligned, lasting change, on your terms.
Clients often come away feeling clearer, calmer, more resilient, and deeply connected to who they are and how they want to live.
We'll work through my 5 areas of wellbeing (Diet, Sleep, Exercise, Environment and Mindset & lifestyle), covering all areas that impact you, and helping you to identify where you want to make change and what that looks like in line with the vision you have for yourself and your life. I take a truly holistic approach, ensuring you are supported in all areas that affect your health, wellbeing and life satisfaction.
Training, qualifications & experience
I am a Functional Medicine Certified Health Coach through the Functional Medicine Coaching Academy, in association with the Institute for Functional Medicine. I have met the UKIHCA professional standards, and have also completed multiple other online courses:

Additional information
I offer a free discovery call to get to know each other and ensure we are a good match for your needs. Following that, I do a thorough on boarding questionnaire and review, the initial consultation is 90 minutes, and ongoing sessions are usually 60 minutes or can be split into 30 minute slots depending on your preference.
My starting package includes on boarding, the initial consultation and 6 x 60 minute sessions or 12 x 30 minute sessions depending on your preference, plus unlimited WhatsApp support Monday-Saturday. For an investment of £720.
(On boarding + initial consultation: £240, hourly rate: £80).
