Further information
With a 1st class Business Degree and after around 14 years working in change, improvement and research projects predominantly in the public sector, I made the decision to change the direction of my life.
After my time in projects, I decided to cultivate my natural people skills, interest in psychology, and enthusiasm for supporting, working with and helping people and retrained as a therapist and coach; something that I have loved.
Over the last 8 years I have worked with wonderful and varied people across many organisations such as a GP surgery, Education (schools, college and university) and low cost counselling charity. Alongside this I have created a successful private therapeutic and coaching practice.
I bring warmth, experience and passion when working alongside people to explore, support and inspire.
