I am a Life Coach and Therapist accredited with the International Authority for Professional Coaching and Mentoring.
I use different techniques like hypnosis, NLP, meditation together with coaching and counselling skills. This enables me to support clients with a wide range of problems and also to individualise other underlying issues in a few sessions.
My approach is what I call 'human to human', I am not better or worse than my clients, my job is to mirror them in a way that they can find what they are looking for within themselves. I trust them to have the resources they need, but that they might be struggling to see. My solution is to bring clients to consider strengths, opportunities and choices that they were ignoring before. I am positive this new awareness will lead them to a happier and healthier life.
Finding balance and fulfillment in life is not always so easy and straightforward, external factors can bring us away from our goals. Our own bad habits, lack of confidence, limiting beliefs can also stop us from evolving into the best version of ourselves.
I went through tough moments myself, and I had to find help to overcome different issues as OCD negative thinking, anxiety, worrying pattern, lack of motivation and focus.
Through my experience I have realised how important it is to have the right support around us and how much mental and physical wellbeing are determinant in our life.

I have managed to find out what is the best workout for me, the best diet and gained a much better shape losing weight and toning up.
I would love to share with you what I know and work together on these areas as well.
You might wonder how I can help on all these different matters, my answer is very simple: my intention is to help and support in every way I can at the best of my ability, through a non judgmental approach but building a 'Human to Human' rapport.

With my clients I work on Lifestyle changes that can have an impact on different aspects of life like relationships, career, finance and health. Also, I can help with stress management, anxiety, work/life balance, weight loss, confidence and self esteem.
I like to work on mindset as I believe the life outside of ourselves is a representation of what is going on inside us and a consequence of the quality of our thoughts.
