How I Found My Passion
After moving from London to South Wales, I ‘tried out’ a few more jobs that didn’t truly inspire me, and I found myself at a crossroads. Then, an opportunity arose, and I joined a charity supporting aspiring female leaders—and everything changed.
Within just three months, thanks to the guidance of an incredible coach and mentor, I discovered my true calling: to help women unlock their potential and build fulfilling careers. I changed roles within six months, joining an award-winning team dedicated to coaching and mentoring women to grow in confidence, step into leadership, and create positive career changes.
When the funding for that programme ended eight years later, I had already gained my coaching qualifications and was ready to take the next step—launching my own business to continue supporting women in their career journeys. I haven’t looked back since, and my mission remains the same: to help as many women as possible find the careers that truly make them happy.
