About me

Coaching is more important than ever at the moment as we adjust to new rules and roles, social isolation, fears about work, health and loved ones etc. COVID-19 has changed the landscape that once seemed familiar and maybe less so now.

I offer solution focused coaching to women, children and young people.  It is a non-directive process in a confidential space.  We work in partnership but ultimately the goals, ideas, solutions and the action comes from you.

Through careful questioning and challenging, combined with listening, I can support you to work out the important issues and to identify your strengths and resources to make changes.

Children and Young People - providing early intervention, helping to identify and achieve goals, develop relationships with others, build confidence, manage anxiety, stress and transitions, reduce exclusions and detentions, improve attendance levels etc.

Women - helping women to find the answers and confidence that move them to where they want to be - career coaching, confidence building, personal development etc.

Coaching can take place Face to Face if in London or via Skype or Zoom in London or anywhere in the UK.

I have worked with children and families for over 30 years, helping them to find solutions to the many challenges that families face.

My experiences led me into coaching where I saw the opportunity to spend more time helping people identify their hopes, strengths and the resources to make steps towards doing things differently.

I’m particularly interested in coaching women. I have worked for a number of charities and Local Authorities coaching women who are new to management and women wanting to take the first step into management. I also do private coaching outside of the workplace for women who feel ‘stuck’ and who are unsure about what to do next.  I coach children and young people who are struggling at school - exclusions, friendships, anxiety, lack of confidence, exam stress etc.

Fees vary for individuals, schools, companies. Reduced charges can be negotiated for those on low incomes. Discounts are available when booking a programme of coaching.

Wheelchair-accessible premises should have step-free access for wheelchair users and individuals who are unable to climb stairs. If a life coach's premises aren't step-free, they may offer alternative services such as telephone/web-based appointments, home visits, or meeting clients in different location, so you can choose the option that suits you best.

You can contact the life coach to discuss the options available.

Under the Equality Act 2010 service providers have a duty to make reasonable adjustments to ensure that individuals with disabilities can access their service. You can read more about reasonable adjustments to help you to access services on the CAB website.
