About me
Hello. I’m Cathy and I’m an integrative life coach.
Integrative coaching blends the guiding, future-focused support of coaching with the opportunity to explore and understand the underlying causes and patterns that might be holding you back.
By looking at where you’ve been, where you are and where you want to be, we get to know you as the whole person you are, to help you bring about meaningful change.
This approach can be particularly helpful for people who are looking for support for motivation, confidence and self-esteem, stress, anxiety and low mood, building better relationships and managing work/life balance.
I also coach people who are finding it hard to adjust to changes in their bodies (like long term health conditions, sudden illness and menopause). I know how isolating and distressing these changes can be because it’s been part of my lived experience too.
If you're feeling stuck and are unsure of what to do next, need help to make plans or are faced with unwanted or unexpected change, I warmly invite you to get in touch and book a complimentary introductory session.

Testimonials
“I came to Cathy for coaching as I’d recently had a health scare and was looking at ways to move forward after treatment.
There have been lots of benefits. I’d say the main standouts are understanding my own hooks and responses, recognising my feelings when they arise and having the tools to accept them, especially difficult feelings. Also having positive steps to move forward, which are simple and manageable.
I’m more able to recognise when my thoughts are becoming overwhelming and I’m using a tool that Cathy shared to plan activities and prioritise the things I care about. It’s been a very positive experience.
Coaching has been a safe space to understand where I am now and where I want to be, and it has provided me with some tools to make positive changes.“

“I am at a point in my life with a lot of change and stress and also my confidence was quite low. I wanted to look at ways to change that.
The main thing that will stay with me is that just because I think something about myself or a situation or what someone thinks that doesn’t mean it’s true, it’s a thought that I can challenge… There is often another perspective.
It was really nice to work with someone who was focused on listening to what I had to say and what I wanted to achieve in a kind and compassionate way, especially as being a mother my needs don’t often seem to come first!“ Client AC
