I am a fully qualified coach, accredited counsellor and supervisor, with many years experience working in private practice, at a local hospice and a London-based counselling agency.
I have worked with a wide range of issues including life transitions, career change, starting a new role or business, interpersonal challenges, work-life balance, self-development and in building confidence.
As a counsellor I have worked with bereavement, depression, loss, anxiety, stress, low self-esteem and relationship difficulties.
I adapt the way I work to suit your individual needs. I use a range of techniques and creative tools to facilitate discussion, gain insight and build on your strengths. I work with the whole person addressing both personal and work-related issues in the past, present and the future.

Fees are payable at the end of the session by cash, cheque or 24 hours in advance by bank transfer.
48 hours notice is required otherwise missed or cancelled sessions will be charged in full.
Parking is available on my driveway. Sidcup Station and regular bus services are 10 minutes walk away.
