I work with some amazing people who have those thoughts, all that they want is a space that is safe to be able to talk about what is truly important to them.. and that's what I do, I listen to you, I hold a space for you which is secure and safe and together we can build tools that enable you to take the true steps in life that you want.
I specialise in working with men and women who are Neurodivergent and feel overwhelmed, out of control, stressed and anxious with their lives, their careers or their businesses.
Coaching isn’t like counselling. It’s not about looking back – it’s all about moving forward to the life you want to live. You may only need 4-6 coaching sessions before reaching the stage where you have learnt the tools and skills you need to reach the life goals that you want. And if you do need further sessions– I’m always here for tune-ups and annual top-ups, a sounding board if you hit a brick wall.
An holistic approach, it's not just about looking at a tiny part of you, it's about coaching the whole of you.
To help you in your journey, I use a range of tools and techniques:-
I use NLP techniques such as visualisation which can be a powerful way to help you create a positive mindset.
If you’re finding it hard to describe how you’re feeling you might like to draw pictures or words instead. You can just grab a coloured crayon and let your imagination take over. Or you can take a photograph of what inspires you, this is always a great starting point.
Mindfulness & meditation - Life can be hectic and stressful so I we can use mindfulness and meditation to help you feel calm, relaxed and focused.

After going through breast cancer in 2012, I would love to coach ladies who are going through this and not sure where to go or who to talk to.. I also support the amazing partners, who are scared and not sure what they need to do to support their loved one.
£100.00 per session
Free initial telephone or online session
I charge £100, per session which can last up to 1.5hours, travelling expenses can be discussed depending on location.
If you book 4 x sessions the cost will be £360.00
