About me
Hello, I’m Catherine, founder of ‘The Catherine Harman Subconscious Rewiring Process.’
I help people rebuild their relationships by helping them see what the actual problems are...not just the ones they're currently seeing. You'll discover that your subconscious mind may well be 'protecting' you by hiding the real reasons.
Interestingly, I've found that I can often fix your marriage by working with just one of you.
This doesn't need to be just about romantic relationships but also those with your family, friends, job...or yourself. You can't truly love someone or be loved in the way you'd like until you understand and love yourself.
Although some people derive solace from talking through and processing their issues, it is my belief that discussing your 'problems' only takes you deeper into them. I prefer to take you from where you are and gently help shift you to a space of peace and clarity. A space in which you are capable of anything you wish...
I will show you how to easily and quickly reroute your neural pathways to achieve lasting confidence, happiness and peace, control your emotions and overthinking, set and adhere to healthy boundaries, finally stop self-sabotaging and always, always be okay…whatever is going on around you.
Training, qualifications & experience
I am a qualified and experienced adult education tutor.
I started working as well as a hypnotherapist in 2011, which is where I learned about how changing our subconscious minds, changes our lives.
I have also studied life coaching, NLP practitioning and counselling.
I have coached in some way or another for 30 years but realised I had some frustrations with both hypnotherapy and talking therapies.
I wanted to facilitate a deep shift in my clients but to let them take responsibility for their own growth and be able to continue that in the future rather than being given it piecemeal in hypnosis.
I felt talking therapies were often too time-consuming for people who were ready to move forward.
This led me to create 'The Catherine Harman Subconscious Rewiring Process' which, I am excited to have found, works more quickly and more efficiently than anything else I’ve ever experienced.

Together their aim is to promote good practice and the expectation of good practice in mentoring and coaching across Europe.

Additional information
I run group sessions as well as couples and individual ones, depending on the client’s wants and needs. My sessions start at £80 per hour.
The first session is longer to include a free initial consultation.
