There’s this misconception that coaching is here to help you with your problems and don’t get me wrong, it can, but the scope is bigger. Coaching is here to create change. If you’re currently at X and you want to get to Y, coaching can help you. It doesn’t matter particularly whether X is one job and Y is another, or X is feeling shy and Y is being confident. Perhaps X is being bored with life and Y is living a life that excites you, or X is being really confused about what you think and Y is feeling blissful clarity. Maybe X is on a societal level too, or an enterprise level, or community level. Coaching is what happens between X and Y. And it’s magical.
I’m trained as a transformational life coach, a form of coaching that pulls from Neuroscience, CBT, Transactional Analysis, Narrative Coaching, NLP, ACT, Performance Coaching, and more to create a truly integrative coaching approach that allows me to best serve my clients on a bespoke basis. But at its simplest, every session will start with me asking you what you’d like to think about and it’s entirely led by you.
Coaching is asking you questions, the right questions at the optimal moment, to allow you to untangle your thoughts and work out what’s best for you. You set the agenda, you are the expert, I’m just here to tease out how you really think and how you really feel and how you want to change as a result. It sounds simple like that, right?
It can be simple, but it can also be hard. Coaching is often challenging. It invites us to look at ourselves in the mirror and truly see ourselves. It asks us to confront the things that have been holding us back, often our own thoughts and beliefs. It offers us the opportunity to change – something that, as humans, we rebel against. This is why it’s so important for you to want it. You can only get so far when you’re not bought into the process. When you really want the change, there’s no stopping what we can do.
The International Coaching Federation (ICF) defines coaching as “partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential.” That pretty much says it all.
But why me? I’m passionate about working with people to change the way they think so they can live their best life possible. I’m all about creating lightning bolt moments and continuous and sustainable progress. Laughing, crying, swearing, shouting, whispering, and, most of all, THINKING is welcome in my sessions. We will have fun, we will be fierce, we will increase awareness, and grow exponentially. I’m in your corner, and I believe you can do whatever you set your mind to.
Training, qualifications & experience
I trained with Animas Centre for Coaching and hold a Diploma in Transformational Coaching, and am accredited by the Internation Coaching Federation (ICF) as an Associate Certified Coach (ACC).
I have also trained with the International Centre of Coaching Supervision as a Coach Supervisor.

1:1 Flexible Coaching
Sessions are one hour long and can be booked in blocks of 2, 4, 6, 8, or 10. You can take these sessions as and when you’d like them and can be rescheduled with 24 hours’ notice. Payment plans are available on enquiry.

This is a one off session of 90 minutes in length.

From the 1st November 2021 to 31st October 2022 I am embarking on a challenge to coach 365 hours in 365 days to raise money for Mind, the mental health charity.
