About me

I provide individually tailored techniques to help you regain control of your life and get your happy back. I can help you discover what’s holding you back, ascertain what your goals are for the future (both personal and professional), show you the techniques to achieve them and guide you through getting there.

I work with my clients to enable them to cope effectively with the pressures of modern life that are currently leading them to feel burnt out. These can include: stress which can lead to loss of sleep; not being present for your family; the feeling that life is slipping through your fingers; loss of pleasure in activities; and relationship breakdown. Although I often find that these revolve around underlying issues such as anxiety, self sabotage or procrastination.

The end results can comprise various outcomes such as achieving goals, stress reduction, increased creativity and ease in handling difficult situations.

However the outcomes always include improved happiness and well-being: enabling my clients to achieve an improved and healthier perspective on life and realise their full potential.

Life coaching is a solutions focused approach to discovering what is holding you back. It creates a clarity of purpose and direction, whilst challenging limiting beliefs. This is done by a process of:

?* Gaining an understanding of your current situation, which can include thought provoking questions

* Assessing what goals you have or changes you would like to make

* Analysing your barriers to achieving these, such as self-limiting beliefs

* Jointly arriving at strategies to overcome these

* Supporting you to carry out positive changes

I am fascinated by people and what makes them tick. With my degree in Psychology and Diploma in Transformational Life Coaching I am uniquely able to help you to be who you want to be.

??My influences are the stoics, and their path to happiness through acceptance and tolerance.  So whether you are blinded by the light or can't seem to find the switch, I can help you make sense of the various pieces of your life and together we can find the right solutions for you.

Fees

I offer a free 45-minute initial consultation so that I can find out some more about your situation, and you can see if you think we'd be a good fit for coaching.

Coaching with me is £500 per month.  This comprises of 3 sessions per month, for 2 to 3 months.  This covers Discovery, Mindset and Achieve, please see my website for more details.

Thereafter individual refresher sessions are available for £150.

Further information

Sessions take place via Zoom/Skype phone or face to face.

Whilst I am happy to respond to emails between sessions free of charge, I cannot take calls as this may impinge on my time with other clients.
