About me

Hi! I’m Caroline and I’d love to help you lead a life that gives you energy.

Sometimes, even when your life looks good on paper, you can find yourself asking some fundamental questions: Who am I? Where do I want to go? How do I get there?

It can be hard to find the time or energy to see the bigger picture, and it’s hard to choose a path when you don’t know what matters most – especially when everyone you know has a different opinion!

I can help.

I help hardworking, creative women reconnect with who they are at their core, so they can clarify what matters most and create a life that gives them energy - to do what they love, in a way that works for them, and be valued for it.

I coach with warmth, energy and a strong belief in personal freedom - the power we all have to create our own path. Get in touch for a free, no obligation chat - I’d love to hear from you.

"Coaching with Caroline is the best investment I’ve made in ‘me’ in years! I am so much clearer about what is truly important to me, what my values are and have a new found calmer confidence that will help me in all aspects of my life. To have someone without agenda or bias to chat through things with is so incredibly valuable. Caroline is so open and easy to talk and her positivity is so encouraging. Life is hectic and it can be hard to take the time to really think and reflect on yourself, but it’s so worth it!" BJ, Social Media Consultant

Training, qualifications & experience

I am a Certified Professional Co-Active® Coach, and an accredited Coach with the ICF (ACC).

I qualified as a coach with the world-leading Co-Active® Training Institute (CTI). I love their core belief that people are naturally creative, resourceful and whole – no one needs ‘fixing’. I regularly go back and assist as a Back of Room Leader to refresh and deepen my learning and growth. I have also completed the 6 month Playing Big Facilitators Training with Tara Mohr and weave her principles and practical tools for connecting women with their own wisdom into my coaching.

Before coaching, I had a 20-year career in marketing, firstly in brand management and strategy at Nestle and GSK, and then in consultancy with OxfordSM where I delivered strategy, insight and capability projects across a range of sectors, including consumer goods, healthcare and education.

My favourite part of all of my roles has been making the complex simple – taking a step back to see the bigger picture, and connecting the dots to tell a story so the way forward becomes clear. For many years I did this for brands and businesses, and now I love doing it for people.
