Together we create the time and space to take a step back from the fog of your to do lists, roles and responsibilities and see the wood for the trees. You’ll get super clear on who you truly are on the inside, so you can create the life you want on the outside.
My coaching style is collaborative, creative and holistic - I'm all about creating a safe, judgement free space for you to think and explore. I’ll help you break things down, join the dots and create a clear picture.
In between sessions I’m available for questions, additional support, or to share your wins. Often something I read or listen to seems to feel just right for you and I’ll send it on. If there’s a book that’s relevant to your journey and you’re a reader, I’ll send you a copy.

Training, qualifications & experience
I am a Certified Professional Co-Active® Coach (CPCC) with the industry leading Co-Active Training Institute, and a Professional Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
I have also completed the 6 month Playing Big Facilitators Training with Tara Mohr, as well as her ‘The Coaching Way’ programme, and weave her principles and practical tools for connecting women with their own wisdom into my coaching.
Over the last 3 years I have specialised in coaching purpose driven women who want to live and lead with energy. The people I work with include senior leaders in large organisations who are breaking the traditional leadership mould - as well as multi-passionate solopreneurs and small business owners looking to create their own path. I also work with coaches looking for a thinking partner and guide through Certification and beyond.
Many of them are stepping into a larger space in their lives - through promotion, a life transition, or the start or end of a career chapter and wondering what’s next. They are up for a journey of self discovery to find their way forward.
Before coaching, I had a 20-year corporate career in marketing, firstly in brand management and strategy at Nestle and GSK, and then in consultancy with OxfordSM. I’ve delivered innovation, strategy, insight and capability projects and facilitated workshops across a range of sectors, including consumer goods, consumer healthcare and education.
My favourite part of all of my roles has been making the complex simple – taking a step back to see the bigger picture, and connecting the dots to tell a story so the way forward becomes clear. For many years I did this for brands and businesses, and now I love doing it for people.

The International Coach Federation is the professional association for personal and business coaches worldwide.
Coaches can become accredited by the ICF, who have three grades of membership: Associate Certified Coach (ACC), Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and Master Certified Coach (MCC), with the different categories standing for different levels of training and experience. Master Certified Coach's have achieved a substantial level of training and experience.
Members of ICF are accountable to a professional code of ethics.

There are 2 different ways we can work together 1:1, depending on where you are, and where you want to get to:
Find Your FEET | A 4–6-month coaching partnership to get super clear about who you are on the inside, so you can start to create the life and impact you want on the outside.
Expand Your ENERGY | A 10–12-month coaching journey to find your feet and more. Get longer term support as you step into the change you’re creating and win at being you.

Further information
I coach clients over the phone or via Zoom video call. Both work well, depending on your preference. Phone coaching gives you the opportunity to 'switch off' a sense and move more freely, Zoom gives the opportunity to see each other 'in person'.
