The good news is that you have arrived at the right place. As a life coach I have worked with individuals from a wide range of backgrounds who have made life-altering journeys by gaining confidence in themselves. You can gain confidence in any area of your life just by making small adjustments to your thought processes and behaviours.
I suffered from low confidence and low self esteem until I hit my late-thirties. As a child I was bullied at school and as an adult I encountered bullying behaviour at work. All these experiences led to me feeling frustrated and angry with myself for allowing other people to walk all over me and take advantage for my ‘kind’ nature. The occasional beating myself up and generally believing that everyone else in the world was somehow better than me, I took that all-important first step into nourishing and building my own confidence and I apply this to all aspects of my life.
I would like to accompany you on your own exciting journey into building confidence and repairing your damaged. Firstly, by focusing on the psychological reasons for low self-confidence, such as negative beliefs and past programming. In doing this, we ensure that we set a firm foundation on which to build. This includes identifying any old self-talk or programming and uncovering some of the potential blockages that unconsciously prevent you from being confident. By focusing on these areas first, your journey into confidence will also feel much easier. We will then work on setting confidence goals and creating a vision of a confident life. Then we will look at areas that you might need a confidence boost, such as in relationships, health and fitness, mental health or career.
On a personal level my passion is East European dancing. Over 30 years’ experience in this wonderful art form has given me so much in terms of physical health and fitness, building confidence and working effectively in a team. Our group perform mainly in dance and arts festivals and at least once a year we organise a full, costume changing, show and donate the proceeds to charity. I enjoy running, it helps keep me focused and I relish the challenge of training for races and the local park run. As well as the benefits of physical activity I also enjoy exploring relaxation methods and currently practice meditation and mindfulness. Moreover, I relax by reading fiction, knitting and cross stitching.

I offer a free consultation to give you the opportunity to meet me and to see if you feel I am the right person to move you forward. From then on my fees are charged at:
Individual Coaching: £60.00 – 1 hour session + ongoing email support in between sessions.
I also offer a block of 6 sessions, with a discount of 10% (please note that fees for this are payable in advance).
