I am an Animas Qualified Transformational Life Coach and specialise in helping creative freelancers to feel confident navigating self-employed life by solidifying their purpose & passion.
I initially trained as an actor 12 years ago and have been working as a creative freelancer since then. The freelance life definitely comes with its challenges, and I understand that this uncertain way of life can bring up a lot of different emotions; From loneliness & lack of belief in self to a desire to find clarity & confidence in your career.
Whether you want to focus on achieving a goal or work out which way direction you want to move forward in life, we can work together to help you make the shifts and changes in your life that will ultimately allow you to achieve these goals.
I believe that we all have the power within us to get to where we want to be, all we need to do is ask ourselves the questions that will allow us to discover what's getting in the way of us achieving those goals. Once we identify these we can then start to take action on making them a reality.

I am flexible regarding working hours as my schedule changes weekly. If there is a time that would work for you, but you cannot see here, let me know and I'll try my best to fit you in.
Sessions are around 1 hour long.
They are a completely confidential and non-judgemental space.
During our initial conversation, we will explore where you are currently in your life, what you want to shift/explore/achieve in your life and what your ideal outcome would be.
It will be entirely down to you what we explore and what we do not. They can be as practical (e.g how you're going to train for a marathon) or as emotional (e.g. you want to explore and remove your fear around public speaking) as you'd like.
