About us
I'm Alysha and I run Building Future Leaders, which specialises in supporting young people and young professionals to achieve their personal and professional goals.
My coaching is focused on building a relationship with the individual, which aims to provide clarity for individuals, whilst identifying limiting beliefs to achieve goals. I love supporting young people and young professionals and I focus on a variety of areas. My online course focuses on the following:
- Purpose and Happiness
- Identity and Self-love
- Career Development and Leadership
- Public Speaking
- Stress management
- Personal Branding
How the sessions work: Sessions are 1 hour and will usually be delivered virtually via Zoom or Google meet. It can be a one off single session or it could be a package session (3, 6 or 12 sessions). Depending on the requirements, sessions can also be done face to face.
Training, qualifications & experience
My experience in coaching and mentoring young people and young professionals started as an advocate for supporting the learning and development of young people in their careers. This included founding the Economics Society at The University of Northampton with the aim to develop students' employability skills. Founding and chairing the Graduate and Apprentices Network at the Government's National Housing Agency. Additionally have worked with numerous young people in various teaching roles and as a youth leader my skill-set gives me a unique ability to support young people and young professionals to live a fulfilled personal and professional life.
I trained with the UK College of Personal Development and am a certified and accredited Life and Career Coach.

Fees are dependent on clients' coaching requirements and duration. I have various coaching packages that you can choose from and an initial coaching session will provide you with clarity around which package will best suit your needs so please enquire.
