About me

I work with professionals, who have been in the same job for many years, but can't quite imagine pursuing that same career for the next two or three decades, just waiting for retirement to come.

As a Career Change Coach, I can help you to clarify your career goal and take the steps needed to move towards a new path.

During our coaching sessions, we will:
# Undertake an initial assessment of where you currently are on your journey to finding a new career

# Clarify what you want from your new career using some tried and tested exercises

# Explore new potential career paths

# Identify and overcome stumbling blocks

# Set clear, achievable action points to help you move towards your new career

Throughout your whole journey, I will be there to guide you, cheer for you and hold you accountable. Helping you to reflect, explore and talk about your highs and lows during this process in a safe, non-judgemental and strictly confidential space.

Book a complimentary 20-minute virtual coffee (or tea) with me, so we can have a chat about your current situation and how we could work together.

Other areas of coaching I deal with

''Britta was fantastic in pinpointing the most effective next steps in my career as part of the transformational coaching she provided.

Her powerful questions, dedication, and methodology are crucial to one’s career orientation. I found Britta to be a gifted, intuitive listener who distilled my fears into clear, actionable goals.

Every time I finish a session with Britta it feels like a weight has been lifted from my mind and heart. She was particularly good at helping me see the bigger pictures and the possibilities I never saw for myself. I am forever grateful for her guidance.'' Alexandrina

Further information

What will the Coaching process look like?
Throughout our coaching journey together, we will have a number of meaningful conversations in which I will offer you a space to think out loud, reflect and come to new conclusions in a non-judgemental, safe environment.

With the help of powerful questions I will guide, encourage and challenge you, to shine a light on any stumbling blocks on your way to achieving your goal and to see aspects of your journey from a different angle.

I believe in a holistic approach, addressing not just the situation you want to change, but also your life situation as a whole and the emotions connected to your journey forward. During this process, we will not just look at what it is you would like to achieve and how you will get there, but also at how you want to feel when you reach your goal.

About me

I always had a keen interest in personal development and how we can keep growing and working towards becoming the best version of ourselves, thriving and living the best life possible. Combined with the desire to help those around me do the same, this has led me to becoming an ICF accredited Life Coach.

I am a generally happy, (fun) loving, optimistic person and what I dislike most, is finding others or myself in an ongoing state of unhappiness. I am convinced that most of our life should be easy, adventurous and enjoyable and not a seemingly endless uphill battle.

So, if something doesn't feel right for a prolonged period of time, it has to change!
I strongly believe that life is too short to accept an 'ok' situation and sticking to what you know, just through fear of the unknown.

Since most of us spend so many hours of our life working, I take a particular interest in a healthy work-life balance and choosing a career that is meaningful and fulfilling, yet allows us to spend time with family and friends and also do all the others things that are important to us.

Seeing so many friends working themselves to the ground, unhappy, unfulfilled, stressed to the limit and bored at the same time, but feeling unable to leave or change their situation, contributed extensively to me wanting to become a transformational Life Coach.

Now, looking back - I have to say, it's been one of my best decisions yet. Nothing is more rewarding than seeing the happy smiles of my clients, when they tell me about their progress and about taking the necessary steps to change direction and moving towards the career and working life that supports the lifestyle they envisaged for so long.

I look forward to hearing from you!
