With over 25 years experience of working one-to-one with people I am a Life Coach supporting people to help them achieve their dreams. I am also a qualified Counsellor and Psychotherapist and have worked with many clients, mainly women, also victims of crime, volunteers and parents.
I have been coaching for 4 and a half years and I qualified in April 2014, obtaining a Personal Performance Diploma with the Coaching Academy. In September 2016 I obtained a certificate in Stress Coaching with the Coach Training Centre, which I passed with distinction.
I work with a range of people, but my experience is especially around supporting women aged over 40.
I specialise in several areas. Firstly confidence coaching. Being a very shy person and one who has struggled with confidence myself I know how hard it can be to get out there and achieve the things you want to do. Through confidence coaching I support you to make those changes, a step at a time and go for your dreams.
My well-being coaching covers the aspects of life that are important to you such as diet, exercise, work, relationships, money, leisure and home and helps you to discover ways to support you in these areas such as meditation, eating healthily, doing exercise that you enjoy, finding satisfying work, fulfilling relationships, a good connection with money, leisure activities that nourish you and having a comfortable home that serves you. I have experience of coaching people with post traumatic stress and mental health issues.
Time is our most precious commodity yet it's easy to waste time and not make the most of it. I support people with time management skills so you can make the most of every moment.

If you book a block of 6 coaching sessions and pay in advance you can have a 10% discount.
Coaching Intensive(4 hours of coaching):-
The session consists of 2 two hour sessions with a break in between usually taking place on the same day.
