I am an engaging and dynamic gay corporate professional who loves to laugh and enjoy life.
I have over 25 years of experience developing leaders for global companies such as BP, General Electric (GE), Baker Hughes, and Reuters News.
Originally from NYC, I now live in Manchester, where I work as a professional coach, helping professionals navigate their lives both inside and outside of work.
I specialize in working with mid-to-senior-level gay and lesbian corporate professionals who operate within a matrix structure.
Training, qualifications & experience
I am an Associate Certified Coach & member of the International Coaching Federation which is the gold standard of Coaching.
I am a certified psychometric practitioner with DiSC and Emergenetics.
DiSC helps you understand your communication style and how it shows up in your behaviors and interactions with others.
Emergenetics focuses on how you think and behave to maximize your ability to communicate, collaborate, and lead change.

The International Coach Federation is the professional association for personal and business coaches worldwide.
Coaches can become accredited by the ICF, who have three grades of membership: Associate Certified Coach (ACC), Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and Master Certified Coach (MCC), with the different categories standing for different levels of training and experience. Master Certified Coach's have achieved a substantial level of training and experience.
Members of ICF are accountable to a professional code of ethics.
