I not only have academic and professional qualifications, I am also qualified by experience. I am in my mid-sixties, and have been on a life-long journey of self-improvement. I am pleased to offer a friendly and effective coaching service.

I offer a supportive coaching experience, enabling you to build on your strengths, and to move forward. Coaching is not therapy. I do not help you analyse your past. I help you examine the present and to project attainable visions of the future.

My own journey has not been without challenges, so I understand how difficult it can be sometimes to move forward. From time to time we need external help with that, and I am here to support your development. The achievements will be yours. We will work at a pace to suit you and we will prioritise what is important to you. I will assist you, encourage you and help give you that extra motivation that is sometimes needed to see something through to completion.
I can help with many aspects of life, but especially weight loss, fitness and relationship management. That includes relationships of all kinds be they personal, family, or work based. We will work together to help you become more aware of your goals and priorities, more aware of the barriers, and more aware of how to overcome these. In addressing these things you will find you are able to explore new ideas without fear and think more clearly. You will also take more effective decisions, prioritise more effectively and improve your personal and professional relationships. As you begin to achieve your goals, your confidence and self-esteem will grow and you will find you can better manage your emotions.
Weight issues, relationships and other important areas of your life can contribute to stress. Concerns about such issues are often reflected in your general health. Managing these successfully is part of your overall well-being. Boosting your motivation helps to boost your energy to deal effectively with the challenges you face.
I draw on management concepts in unique ways to assist those wanting to improve their self-esteem and I provide information with clear and straightforward logic. I want to share my experiences and the secrets of my success with others who wish to change their lives. My approach is based on science and logic to assist those wanting to live lives of quality and happiness.

Dr Brian Lehaney BA (Hons), MSc, PhD, MAC is a is a member of the Association for Coaching. He holds diploma's in Life Coaching and Clinical Weight Loss, as well as certificates for Personal Training and Fitness and as an Advanced Diet and Nutritional Adviser. He is an experienced and effective life coach.

The first 50 minute consultation is absolutely free, with no obligation to continue. Thereafter fees start as low as £45 per 50 minute session for a block booking. I offer special daily rates for in-house workshops at organisations. Concessionary fees may be available. Please contact me to discuss.
