About me
As a dad of four, a husband, a senior leader, and a fully insured level 5 qualified coach, I bring a unique understanding. My journey as a professional dad has equipped me with a deep empathy and insight into the challenges and joys of fatherhood. I am passionate about delivering high-quality coaching for professional dads and helping them be the dads they want to be.
My amazing kids and wife are all wonderfully unique, each with a beautiful mind. With three of my children being autistic, two having ADHD, and my wife being autistic, I've gained a deep understanding of the complexities of neurodivergent family dynamics. I've learned much about our unique challenges while juggling work, family, and social life.
Our coaching journey is a joint venture, a shared exploration of your values, strengths, emotions, and purpose. We will celebrate your successes together. Coaching for professional dads is about empowering you to shape the future you desire, with your vision leading the way.

My Level 5 Professional Coaching qualification, earned through 18 months of intensive study, coaching, and knowledge tests, has been put to practical use. I have successfully coached professional dads, helping them navigate the complexities of their careers while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
As a senior manager in a dynamic environment, I successfully balance my professional and personal life. This is a skill and an individual understanding, as I am a devoted husband and father of four. I empathise with the challenges working dads face, making me uniquely qualified to guide them.
