About us

Since 2011 I’ve met and worked with hundreds of Entrepreneurs like you, experiencing the same challenges, pains and frustrations.

I’ve recognised that it doesn’t matter what industry you’re in, or what type of business you run, you all experience the same challenges.

So, I’ve developed SECCESS® a seven-step system that will work for every Entrepreneur who wants to run, or is running a £1m plus turn-over company.

SECCESS® is based on seven principals:

Strategy – Enjoy the journey, it’s more important than the destination

Empowerment – You’ll only achieve exceptional results through effective teamwork

Control Panel – Know what you want, measure, assess and drive performance

Cash – Your primary goal must focus on generating real cash

Efficiency – Get more for less through constant review and utilisation of technology

Separate – Stand out by adding value to increase the demand and margins

Scale – Always be selling

Training, qualifications & experience

Adrian Peck is an entrepreneur and author. Since 2011 he has been coaching business owners via his Grow Your Business and Better Never Stops brands.

Adrian has always had a keen interest in business and comes from an entrepreneurial family. After the Second World War, his great grandmother Mabel Peck and her second-hand shop were infamous in Ipswich. Adrian's father Alan Peck ran various successful businesses during his life, the most well-known being Star Lines, which he grew from a small corner shop into the largest kitchen and bathroom retailer in Suffolk. Now, his brothers, Roger and Patrick, run a similar business in Ipswich called KBB.

By the age of twenty Adrian had started his first business, repairing cars in a village garage, before being lured to the AA to become a Patrol fixing cars on the roadside.

On the 12th April 1995 something happened that turned his life upside down: his brother Ian was killed in a car accident. In the previous September Ian had celebrated his 30th birthday and was married with two young daughters. Adrian was very close to Ian, only two days previously they'd been together when Adrian cooked a family Sunday roast.

"They say that "out of tragedy comes something good". Apart from the horrific hole his death left in our lives, this day also changed my life in several good ways. My outlook and approach to life certainly changed."

Adrian went back to education to realise he was dyslexic and not thick after all! He took evening classes to learn more about business, obtaining an HNC in Business Studies and another in Management. Following a successful corporate career working with blue-chip UK companies, after 13 years of spending far too much work time on trains, planes and automobiles, hotels, motorways, airports and taxis Adrian decided it was time for a change.

Adrian decided to do something that was quite novel for him, live and work in Suffolk. He wanted to be at home more and to somehow use his extensive knowledge, expertise and disciplines from working in corporate environments. In 2011 he set up his own business to help others get more from their businesses. Since then Adrian has met and helped hundreds of business owners, helping them become more fulfilled and rewarded and less stressed.

In 2018 Better Never Stops was born as he developed the business to have a much further reach to enable many more people to achieve great things in their lives.
