It's great if you're able to clap along happily all the time, but that's not the reality for most of us. Rather we're pushed and pulled all over the place and have strong emotions about lots of things. What is the point of everything we're put through, and everything we put ourselves through?
I don't know the answer. Only you do.
What I do know is how to give you space, encouragement, challenge, guidance and tenderness in a professional relationship to help you figure out what's brought you here, what your pressures are and what you're being put through....and how you can move forward.
Training, qualifications & experience
I've coached rugby at a variety levels for over a decade, and spent five years in corporate project and portfolio management around business change. I have worked with suicidal people at a sanctuary for two years. I have a huge range of experience which enables me to work with people to help them in most aspects of their lives, whether that be their career, relationships or social ways of being.
Various qualifications, and I am also a registered member of the BACP as a psychotherapist.

I've done various short courses on different techniques and tools, as well as working with certain client groups such as those with Dissociative Identity Disorder and how to use creative aspects such as music, sand tray and imagery.
