Hi, I'm Ben and I'm not your typical 'Life Coach'.
I don't use cliche' phrases about empowering you, your journey or finding your best-self.
You're a person who wants a real change and not just words. I'm your equal with some experiences, tools and listening skills that aim solely on helping you move forwards confidently in that area of your life that isn't currently how you want it.
My job is to truly listen. When was the last time your thoughts were REALLY heard and you felt listened to without receiving advice not in your interest?
I ask questions that allow you to make sense of your thoughts, see things from a different angle and occasionally challenge your viewpoints. Importantly you are supported by a Coach who's a real person like you; I'm not perfect, have my own insecurities and like you can get stuck sometimes in need of someone in my corner to help figure stuff out. I know exactly how crappy it feels to be lost, lacking self belief or think everyone else has it sorted and you don't!
I focus on creating new positive changes with greater self-confidence. Perhaps you've experienced thoughts like: "I'M NOT GOOD ENOUGH"..."WHAT WILL OTHER PEOPLE THINK?"..."I WISH I COULD BUT". These are usually the thoughts that prevent us from doing what we really want and instead end up living with regrets.
There is always a way to get unstuck and move forwards. You have the answer you just need to find it. As your coach we can focus on where you are today (not going back over past traumas which is counselling) and where you want to be.

In summary, I have 20+ years of communicating, listening and working with people on managing change in their lives.
Following Uni I went into Sales, Marketing and Customer services. Listening to my intuition (something i'm a big fan of) I decided to leave a relationship and executive career to challenge myself and travel solo for a year. On returning and up for a totally different role I joined the Police Force. Working in a variety of challenging roles as a front line Police Officer for 12 years provided vast real life experiences most people never see or don't speak about. Much of which revolved around listening to people, seeking solutions and confident decision making.
Having dealt with conflict, defusing life threatening situations and helping those in crisis brings personal experience that compliments my integrity and depth to my coaching.
Leaving the Police I then qualified in Personal Training encompassing Fitness instruction, nutrition and behavioural change. This passion for personal development and supporting others in positive change, drew me on to Life Coaching and becoming qualified with one of the most respected and recognised schools in the field. Focusing on Transformation, getting you from A to B.
It is this variety of experience that allows me to be a balanced and grounded coach, able to empathise with honesty and compassion.

I only work with selected clients to ensure I am the best coach for you. It is important for the success of the coaching relationship that we click, therefore I offer a free introductory coaching call to explore if we are right for each other.
We then schedule your first session. This can be face-to-face depending on location, or typically video chat on-line (Skype, Facetime, Whatsapp etc) or telephone. This enables you to be anywhere in the World or simply the comfort of your own place where you can feel relaxed and confident.
Fees are based on your bespoke requirements:
Coaching Course: 6 x 1hour sessions. Either weekly, fortnightly or once a month dependent on goals.
Individual Session: 1hour standalone session (note it usually takes 2-3 sessions to really open up the challenge before finding a way forwards. A one-off individual session therefore is unlikely to offer a comprehensive insight and outcome.)
Focus Intensive Session: 2hour to Full Day Super immersive focus session. Designed specifically for overcoming momentary barriers of overwhelm, brain-fog, frustration and finding clarity.
*24/7 support: All ongoing clients can access email support. We become team members and therefore I want to support you if necessary between sessions.*
Coaching is not gender specific.
If you enjoy being around nature or simply think better while being active, I offer outdoor coaching. This can be either a whole day intensive where we take a scenic country walk, or dependent on location your regular session be held in an outdoor location special to you.
