About me

Having spent over 20 years in management I have always practiced a coaching approach to developing teams and individuals. Marrying active listening skills with provocative questions, established models and proven psychology I enable individuals to identify, plan for and realise their goals. Using conscious practice until becomes subconscious habit my clients have learned how to be present, ‘show up’ and be their best selves more of the time.

My clients come from a wide range of organisations in varying senior roles up to and including C-suite level roles and board level chairs.

Some of the areas I have worked with them on include: -

  • Identifying my values
  • Goal setting
  • Career coaching
  • Personal Impact
  • Resilience – how to do less better
  • Inspirational leadership – developing my EQ
  • What are you leading for?
  • Engaging workforce - How to deliver through others
  • How to have greater influence in their organisation
  • How to remain visible and effective in a rapidly growing organisation
  • Be more effective in complex matrixed organisations – developing big relationships

By helping the individuals develop a better understanding of their values, behaviours and triggers they become more conscious ‘in the moment’ and present their ‘best self’ more of the time.
