I am Becca Sandler, the founder of Balance with Becca, a Transformational Coaching business, based in Stockwell, London - but proudly operating globally. I have a special interest in Holistic Wellness and love working with people to unlock their innate inspiring potential.

I started Balance after losing what I deemed as balance in my life, during the covid 19 pandemic and was searching for purpose, clarity and connection around what I wanted to do with my time on this planet.

Having experienced the profoundly positive impacts of having the support of a coach and a regular yoga practise, as well as knowing that a huge driver for me was connecting with people on a meaningful level, I realised that coaching was a real area of intrigue for me, as well as serving a deeper driver, of connecting with and supporting people in a meaningful way. I used yoga and mediation in order to gain clarity over my situation, and calm a very frantic mind. And so, I retrained in both disciplines in order to make sure I could serve clients as deeply and holistically as possible. 

I support people in rediscovering a deeper connection to themselves in order to move forward in a direction that feels aligned and meaningful to them. 

I sometimes describe what I do as a Holistic diagnosis or  Life MOT. With balance either being found in the sessions or identification of what additional support you might need to create the balance you are searching for.
