I founded Balance with Becca after having experienced the profound affect that working with a coach had on my own life, after loosing what I deemed to be, balance in my own life. I was searching for a greater sense of purpose in and connection to the work that I was doing, which I'd lacked in previous corporate roles. I was also looking for a deeper connection with people on a human level and I knew I wanted to help people.
I now have the privilege of supporting people in rediscovering a deeper connection to themselves, crystalise what it is they really want, and reenergise themselves to make it happen.

As a qualified and accredited coach and yoga teacher I work from a holistic wellness perspective, starting with the whole person. I love working with people to unlock their innate, inspiring potential!
I sometimes describe what I do as a holistic diagnosis, like a life MOT.

Training, qualifications & experience
I have a Diploma in Transformational Life Coaching from Animas Centre for Coaching which is ICF and EMCC Accredited. I am also ACC accredited with the ICF as well as being a member of the EMCC and accredited by them at their EIA level.
My corporate background is in HR, spanning industries such as healthcare, hospitality, recruitment and the third sector. Throughout my different roles I developed as fascination with human potential and the learning and development side of HR.
I'm also a semi-professional Jazz singer and have a real passion for both the arts and snowboarding!

Fees are more than a monetary exchange, they are an exchange of time, energy and commitment and I only desire to work with those who are fully committed to a coaching process.
