About me
Astrid is an executive coach (EMCC Senior Practitioner) who helps busy leaders thrive in work and life by cultivating resilience and presence from the inside out.
She helps leaders thrive by connecting deeply with themselves, getting clear on what's important to them, letting go of beliefs and scripts that hold them back and building their resilience to create a life that works for them even when operating in complex environments.
She has 20 years' experience working with senior leaders around the world (UK, UAE, Vietnam, Ethiopia, South Africa, Ghana, Moldova, Brunei).
Prior to becoming a full time coach, she led the consultancy business of a global education not-for-profit whose clients include national and local government departments, global NGOs and donor organisations and commercial organisations.
Her coaching clients include founders, small and medium sized business owners, global not-for-profit executives, school and system leaders, social enterprise leaders - all purpose-driven humans.
She's an avid reader, lifelong learner, educator, yogi, mindfulness practitioner, runner, wife, mum of 2 humans and a dog.
Training, qualifications & experience
She is accredited at Senior Practitioner level with EMCC and trained as a Transformative Coach with Animas Centre for Coaching in 2021.
She has over 1200 hours of 1:1 executive coaching.
She has a masters degree from UCL and an undergraduate from Bath University.
Member organisations
EMCC UK is part of the Europe-wide European Mentoring & Coaching Council.
Together their aim is to promote good practice and the expectation of good practice in mentoring and coaching across Europe.
EMCC is an independent, impartial and non-profit making organisation.
