Welcome to Lytham Therapies

Life Coaching, NLP, Hypnotherapy, EMDR and EFT with me Annette Brown, a practitioner since 2002. My aim is to bring about positive change for you, and your life! I pride myself in providing bespoke personalised NLP and Life Coaching for each individual client that is designed to meet their specific requirements, and bring about positive change for them, and all this is done from my practice in Lytham.

Lytham Therapies offer a practical approach to balancing the mind and body. When clients come to me I always advise them to ‘Open their Mind’. Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) to me is software for the brain. It is a behavioural technology, which simply means that it is a set of guiding principles, attitudes, and techniques about real-life behaviour, and not a removed, scientific formula. NLP allows you to change, adopt or eliminate behaviours, as you desire, and gives you the ability to choose your mental, emotional, and physical states of well-being. With NLP, you learn how to grow from every single life experience, thus increasing your ability to create a better quality of life. NLP is a very pragmatic technology based on an ability to produce your desired results, thus allowing you to become proficient at creating your future!

How Does NLP Work?

Negative emotions and limiting behaviours have a tendency to be stronger than your logical conscious mind and as your habits -patterns are generated and stored by the unconscious mind the change needs to occur at the unconscious level!

If it were as easy as saying ‘I will give that up right now’ then we would all be our own therapists.

Unwanted behaviours and beliefs have been learned and stored at an unconscious level, and these may no longer serve you. E.g. as a child you may have ‘learned’ to become afraid of spiders, this may have been because the first time you saw a spider the adults in the room showed you how to ‘behave’ by running away from the spider. This is then stored at an unconscious level and every time you now see a spider you react automatically in the same way. It becomes an automatic unconscious response which you are unable to change consciously, this is the same for phobias and fears and they can only be changed at the unconscious level.

This is also true of limiting beliefs, you may be letting a belief that you formed at a young age hold you back today, as in ‘I am not worthy’. This is only a belief; it is not true and therefore can be changed at an unconscious level to a belief that will empower your life.

Often people do not consciously know what and especially how they do something. This is where NLP is important. It helps you see and understand how you can change the responses and behaviours that don’t work for you to the ones that allow you to life your life to the full. It’s Your Life, so Live It!

How useful would it be to have a manual for the brain? A users guide. The average person uses only 10% of their brains full potential. NLP allows you to better understand your mind and enables you to access the excellence you already inherently have.

NLP will allow you to create new neurological pathways, this will create behaviours that better serve you for your life and eliminate old destructive patterns of behaviour.

In a nut shell, NLP can help anything that you do in life that requires thought, either conscious or unconscious.

I'm a Life Coach, and practitioner of NLP, EFT, Reiki Master Teacher and I'm also a Clinical Hypnotherapist and Feng Shui Consultant. I've had my own practice since 2002 and I have helped clients to emerge from their zone of comfort with confidence and ease. I am truly passionate about bringing positive change to my clients lives, and the only way that change can happen for them is for them to learn how to make positive mind changes through NLP, EFT and Clinical Hypnotherapy.

Working with NLP gives the client more conscious choices over what they should do, which increases their ability to reach their goals and objectives. I feel that because NLP techniques are easy to understand and easy to use, the client can begin using NLP within minutes and see life differently and therefore experience life differently.

Fees

£150.00 per session
Free initial online session

Additional information

Life Coaching, NLP, are £150 per session, or 3 sessions for £325 (payable up front) EFT and Clinical Hypnotherapy £125 per session, or I offer 3 for £300 (payable up-front) or 6 for £550 (payable up-front). Under normal circumstances I recommend  to clients that they generally require 3 to 6 sessions, and that once they've completed the first 3 sessions, they can establish as to whether they buy a further 3.
