About me

I work with professionals looking to bring about change in their working lives.

Over time, the deepening of habitual ways of working, the assumption of greater responsibilities, the perceived lack of time as we try and fit more and more into our working lives, can lead us into increasingly unbalanced and unfulfilled states and the sense that 'work isn't working' for us anymore. This may manifest itself as simply feeling purposeless and disconnected at work, 'going through the motions', unable to see the value in what it is we're doing, to losing enthusiasm for a career we once enjoyed, or feeling defined by what we do - our professional identity, rather than who we are.

This in turn can have a detrimental effect on our physical and mental well-being, our relationships and how we experience life, both within and outside of work. We lose sight of what’s truly important to us - both in our work and in our lives in general, and unknowingly de-prioritise those things which truly nurture us. We may have a sense that our priorities around work need to change, maybe to provide greater work-life balance or to enable us to embrace new learning and growth, but are struggling to work out how to make this happen.

Through increasing self-awareness and understanding of their narrative around work, my coaching aims to help clients realign their working lives and identities with their lives in general - who they really are, and what’s truly important to them in life. As a coach, I support clients in identifying and bringing about the change they are looking for in their working lives, so as to make them more balanced, productive and fulfilling.

As a professional who over the years has experienced many of the issues which typically lead to the feeling that ‘work isn’t working’, I coach from a place of deep understanding of the challenges which many professionals face during the course of their working lives.
