Hi my name is Anne Marie and I am an Accredited and qualified Integrative Cognitive Behavioural Life Coach and I use a Mind-Body approach to my coaching. I offer coaching to individuals and do group coaching.
I specialise in the following areas of coaching:

I coach in these areas as I have experience of working and teaching in these areas and I practice what I preach and I walk my talk.
Currently, I also, work p/t as an associate lecturer at Chichester University where I teach Creative Mind-Body practices to undergraduate students on the Movement for Acting module of the BA Acting for Film course.
In London, I have facilitated workshops in Stress Management, Resilience and Well-being and Team Communication and Assertiveness to the staff at Central Saint Martin’s and the University of the Arts London.
As a Mind-Body specialist I also teach p/t yoga, meditation and Pilates, as well as facilitating yoga-coaching retreats in the UK and Europe.
Therefore, what I bring to you is an amalgamation of my life experiences, learning and work into my coaching with you and with my rich range of knowledge I create a tailored package of support to suit your individual coaching needs.
Furthermore, for me, unlocking one’s full potential and becoming the best version of yourself through the mind and body is my passion. It is a philosophy that I live by now and my life has changed for the better, I am more in control of my life, empowered, productive, confident and happy.
Therefore, my biggest desire is to help you too, to uncover your journey to a happier, more empowered and fulfilled you. To provide you with the tools, support and strategies to bridge the gap between where you are now and where you want to be.

Your consultation call is also a great time to ask any questions that you have. Just to say, that coaching focuses on the now and how you will reach your ideal future. It is not about delving deep into the past.
If we decide to work together, in your coaching sessions, I will help you to identify the best strategies and tools that you can use to get to where you want to be.
We will explore blockages, limitations, behaviours, thoughts and actions that may prevent you achieving your goals and use tools, strategies and support to overcome them.
As you uncover your strengths, abilities and solutions you will develop clarity, energy, confidence and focus that propels you forward.

- Certificate in Resilience & Wellbeing at Work Coaching from the SMART Foundations Institute of Mindful Well-being, Brighton.
- NLP Practitioner Coach at the NLP Centre of Excellence, Manchester.
I have experience of coaching 1-2-1 clients face-to-face, group coaching and facilitating workshops in Stress Management, Wellbeing and Resilience and Team Communication and Assertiveness in London.
I have run yoga and coaching retreats in the UK and in Europe and I teach Mind-Body Practices.
Association for Coaching
The Association for Coaching is one of the leading professional bodies for Coaches and Organisations.
The Association is made up of a number of different membership categories, e.g. Associate Member (AMAC), Member (MAC), Accredited Member (AC Accred), with the different categories standing for different levels of training and experience. Accredited Members have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by the Association.
The Association has a Code of Ethics & Good Practice and a Complaints Procedure.
International Authority for Professional Coaching & Mentoring
The IAPC&M is an independent not-for-profit organisation, run by coaches and mentors for the benefit of coaches, mentors and training providers around the world.
