About me

Hi and thanks for looking at my profile. My name is Anne and I am a life coach specialising in personal development, confidence, transition and wellbeing coaching. Working together, I can help you lead the life you really want.

I am passionate about helping people fulfil their potential. Whether you are clear about what you want but are looking for some support to help you get there or you feel a bit stuck, I can work with you to help you flourish.

Lack of confidence, anxiety and uncertainty can hold us back and get in the way of us stepping out of our comfort zones into new dreams and adventures.

Navigating change and transition

Are you considering or experiencing change in your life? Would you like to approach that change with greater clarity, confidence and enthusiasm? Change is a natural part of life's journey. It can be positive and by choice, such as considering a career change, or part of a life stage such as retirement but it can also be unexpected and unwanted such as redundancy. Change can be unsettling and tricky to navigate sometimes and it can lead to uncertainty about identify, purpose and what to do next. It can also offer the opportunity to take stock, imagine the life you want and develop a plan to achieve it. Change is something that happens but transition is the process we go through to positively incorporate the change into our life. Successfully managing the transition, as well as the change, will help you move forward with confidence and flourish.

Helping people and making a difference is what really makes me tick. My coaching journey started as a sports coach, which ignited my passion for helping people achieve their potential. This natural curiosity, interest and passion for working with people, led me to develop my skills as a personal life coach and over the last 10 years, I have supported many people to make positive changes in their work and personal lives. I am passionate about helping people enhance their personal wellbeing to lead happier and healthier lives through more accessible coaching. I really hope we get the chance to work together.

Fees

I am passionate about making coaching accessible to more people and this is reflected in my coaching fees.

Free Discovery Session of up to an hour

Initial 90 minute Intake Session £75

Follow on coaching sessions from £50 per hour. The length and frequency of sessions will be discussed and agreed based on your needs.

Six hours of face to face coaching package booked as a block £270 (structured to meet your needs e.g 4x1.5hr, 3x2hr)

Single 60 minute telephone/skype coaching session £45

Six 60 minute telephone/skype coaching sessions booked as a block £240
