Hi, I'm Annabel,

I work with Millennials - aged between 29 and 44, ish - through workplace challenges and opportunities to build successful careers they love.

Why Millennials? Because after thirty years in global education as a teacher, school leader, innovator and education consultant I have a long track record of supporting and empowering people to build their confidence and skills, show up as the person they want to be and exceed their own expectations.

Many of my former students are now Millennials, scattered across the globe. Lots of them are hugely successful and happy, and some of them are still in touch with me. They're partly responsible for my decision to work with people their age: with family and friends, they've given me a window into their cohort's working lives. I also have many clients in their 'long' thirties who are facing workplace challenges for the first time with little or no support. 

Finally, I have a decades-long interest in leadership, which I used to teach during my years working in the US. Time and again I hear from clients that just when they're excited to step out of their comfort zone and take on this new challenge - they feel more overwhelmed, more of an imposter and more like a failure than ever before. 

I know from personal experience how challenging change can be, and how hard leadership is. I've worked on different continents and in different careers, experiencing many highs and yes, some lows.

Now I work with Millennials to ensure their professional confidence is built on solid, data-based foundations and that they have the tools and resources they need to flourish. When they're ready for a move to leadership, we start from the beginning - to identify what sort of leader they want to be and what their personal values are. I partner with them through the early stages of leadership, as a critical friend, challenger, cheerleader and confidante. In just the same way coaches partner with C-Suite execs.
