About me
I have over 100 hours of coaching experience working with clients facing challenges at work, especially those who:
- have received negative feedback on their performance
- fail to secure promotion
- experience high stress levels
- have poor workplace relationships
- struggle with managing staff or teams
- or are anxious about giving presentations
How I can help
I will help you to identify the root cause of the challenges you face at work. These might arise from self-limiting beliefs, imposter syndrome, fear of criticism, difficulties with conflict or perfectionism. Together we will explore how this impacts your performance at work and how new perceptions or behaviours could transform those experiences and help you to be a high performer and have the career that you seek.
My approach
I offer a confidential, supportive, non-judgemental space, carefully listening to fully understand your unique work and life experience. I'll help you rehearse new behaviours to transform your specific challenges and refine them until they become comfortable in everyday life.
My background
My own career has involved leadership roles in high pressure professions and I specialise in helping people to establish their presence and manage relationships in challenging environments. This has included helping women with building confidence and managing boundaries in male-dominated workplace cultures.
I qualified in law in 1994 and soon discovered I preferred reforming the law rather than practising it. I led high profile law reform campaigns including compensation for sick miners and for victims of hit and run accidents. I went on to lead reform of medical regulation to protect patients, working in high pressure environments on sensitive issues.
Working together
I am based in North London but work with clients across the UK and Internationally by online video.
Sessions can be weekly, fortnightly or monthly, regularly reviewing progress against aims shared at the outset. I offer an initial consultation free to discuss the issues and how we could work together.
