About me

Coaching will improve your life both professionally and personally!!

With me as your guide, you will find the resources within, I will give you the tools to achieve your goals and improve your life in all areas. It is a fun, exciting and rewarding journey, and instilling beliefs in yourself that will be positive and empowering!!

I have found with coaching, clients will often present with one desired outcome, this will often change, they realise there are other areas in their life that need addressing.  Using various tools, techniques and (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) NLP will help change your negative beliefs, so you think and feel differently, things become clearer and you gain more confidence, you become positive and can see what steps need to be taken.

Working together, you will be able to set realistic goals for yourself and see dramatic changes within yourself and others around you.

Coaching will help you to understand relationships, how and why we react differently to each other. You will learn how to identify and challenge unwanted negative thoughts which may cause maladaptive behaviours that affect depression, anxiety, phobias, relationships and much more.

You can achieve a better work/life balance, you may want to change jobs, career or take up those new hobbies you have always wanted to try and at the same time boosting your confidence and self-esteem.

Further information

I know how hard it can be trying to achieve your goals and not knowing where to start or who to approach. Sometimes we just need to sit down and work through it, find out what resources we already have and how we go about changing goals into a reality!!

After 14 years in a challenging and competitive sales environment, I decided to retrain. From 2002 -2005 I trained and succeeded in becoming a counsellor. Since then I have trained as a PARKS Practitioner, qualified Life Coach, a Master Practitioner of NLP, BA in CBT and just started to train as a hypnotherapist.  All this from leaving school with not one qualification, so, if I can change my life so can you!
