About me

I am a Personal Growth and Wellbeing Coach for women, children and teachers. I am an Accredited Practitioner Coach with the IAPCM and I am the founder of Anita Sharma Coaching Ltd. My passion is to suport my clients towards positive change and help them navigate life through the challenges that they maybe facing.

The pre-teen and teen years can present many challenges that young people do not yet feel equipped to deal with. Even children who are surrounded by loving, caring adults can find it difficult to get the support they need.

Some of the areas that I cover in my youth coaching include:

  • Handling academic pressure in a positive way;
  • Managing anxiety and other uncomfortable feelings;
  • Dealing with peer pressure;
  • Enjoying improved relationships with family and friends;
  • Developing a positive body image and self-acceptance;
  • Nurturing good mental health and well-being;
  • Learning organisational and revision techniques;
  • Building self-esteem and confidence.

Throughout my work with families, I have found that there is an ever increasing demand for support from women too. In particular helping to address the need for clarity and direction in their lives but feeling overwhelmed and struggling to understand where to begin.

Some of the areas that I cover in my coaching with women include:

  • Finding clarity and direction around career or personal goals;
  • Developing self-confidence and self-esteem;
  • Recognising your successes, talents and opportunities;
  • Overcoming your fears;
  • Balancing your work with the rest of your life;
  • Tackling self-destructive behaviour and negative beliefs;
  • Nurturing good mental health and well-being;
  • Rediscovering your own identity and goals for life;
  • Building fulfilling relationships with your partner, children, family and work colleagues;

I also work with schools and teaching staff too. Trying to manage workload and progression targets while helping every child achieve their best, all while trying to juggle family life can be challenging.

  • As a coach for the East Midlands Leading Women in Education, and with my 20+ years’ experience working in education, I know how overwhelming it can be as a teacher.
  • University can’t prepare you for the reality of the job, and more experienced teachers still have to grasp curriculum changes, additional workload and responsibility that sometimes feels never-ending.
  • That’s why I offer personal development coaching to teachers at any stage of their career to help them balance work and home, achieve the career progression they’re striving for and prevent burnout from workload and overwhelm.

Further information

“Anita is a very approachable and positive person. Her coaching is holistic which works great because until you go through the process you don’t realise how one area of your life can negatively/positively impact other areas. In summary Anita has enabled me to transform my life in ways that I never imagined and I am truly grateful.”  Amanda

“I found Anita at just the right point in my life. When I met her I was overwhelmed with pressures from work, home and relationships. I signed up to work with Anita on her True Clarity Coaching programme and since then my life hasn’t been the same – in an amazingly great way! I am calmer, happier and feel so much more fulfilled with my life. She has helped me totally re-invent several aspects of my life and for that I can’t recommend her enough.” Julia

“I had to take a second to write to you and let you know that Sophia has never been more focused. She is on the right track and I know it has a lot to do with your coaching sessions.” Parent of a 13 year old

“Anita there are no words to express how thankful we are that we met you….The progress that Lucy has made is truly a blessing….In just a couple of months, she has come out of her dark place and has turned into a young woman who is motivated and moving forward!!
