About me
Accredited Professional Coach and Coaching Supervisor with over 20 years of experience. I focus on enabling individuals to become more effective in both their professional and personal life.
I coach people at all professional levels who want to explore a particular aspect of their work or personal development. In addition for many years, I have worked in the specialist area of Neurodiversity coaching working with dyslexic, dyspraxic, autistic and ADHD individuals.
As a coach supervisor, I work either 1-1 or on a group basis.
