I have been privileged to witness some amazing transformations in the people I have coached. After each coaching session, clients are focused, motivated and inspired. This in turn, motivates and inspires me. It is one of the reasons why I love my job.
I enjoyed 20 happy years as a teacher in primary education and was part of leadership teams for most of that time. I was coached in my Deputy Head role at work and have also turned to coaching in my personal life. It is no exaggeration to say that coaching has been life-changing for me.
Coaching with me
Now, as a coach and NLP practitioner myself, I facilitate and enable development and change in my clients. I believe that people hold their answers within themselves, and it is my role to give people time and space to allow their thought processes to bring them to the fore. I use a range of coaching and Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) tools and techniques, and coach in a very individual way, reacting to the client and the conversation that flows.
There are many aspects to NLP. In coaching it enables highly effective communication between us. Also, through a range of different techniques you can take control of your beliefs and influences, manifesting in new and better behaviours.
Coaching is solution focused and will bring about clarity to determine your actions in order to meet your goal. It is very empowering.
In a coaching session, you can expect …
…my full attention and commitment to facilitating change and development in your chosen area. I have a relaxed, calm and friendly approach. I have good listening and communication skills, and possess personal qualities of empathy and humour. I care very much about the people I coach. I want the very best for them.
It is important that you know that I coach in a non-judgmental way, maintaining the strictest confidence. You will decide on what you want to talk about, and if you are not sure, I will be able to facilitate your thought process so you get the most out of your session. You will form a goal and through conversation you will identify your choices and create an action plan with timeframes.
Everyone I coach is unique and therefore my approach is unique and tailored to your individual needs.
Who I coach
I coach individuals face to face or on the telephone, FaceTime or Skype. This can be in any area of your life.
I coach face to face in meeting rooms in Crawley and its surrounding towns, or in a convenient neutral location.
I coach leaders in their workplaces to develop and maintain effective leadership within their setting. I can coach 1:1 and groups.
I coach young people and students regarding their lives and careers.
Coaching addresses the matters that you want to address. It is entirely your conversation to have. When I coach it is very much about you.
Now is the time to make positive changes in your life.

Anita is so quick to put one at ease, and allow one to pause and think through a situation, gently extracting the answers hidden in the chaos of a busy mind. Thank you for help to refocus.
F.M – business owner
Anita has enabled me to see a way forward in my new business. Through coaching I saw obstacles that I needed to overcome and I was able to implement strategies in order to push myself forward. Anita is easy to talk to and listens carefully. Both coaching and NLP have been so helpful, and really allowed me the time to sieve through my situation and come out feeling positive and enabled emotionally and practically. I would highly recommend Anita.

Anita coached me while setting up my new business. She helped me to find clarity and focus at a point where the mountain of work in front of me seemed like an impossible task. She supported me to rekindle my motivation and awaken the enthusiasm which made me start this adventure. She made me accountable for tasks which really helped me to stay on track. Thank you, Anita!
L.W – business owner
Coaching with Anita has helped me to achieve goals that I had previously never stuck to, and with the added benefit of a positive outlook and making me feel more confident about myself. I thought about what it was I wanted to do, and what would help me achieve that in a way that I had never thought was possible. I realised that I had to focus on the things that mattered to me. Anita was encouraging when I needed pushing and had a very kind and sensitive approach. She made me feel at ease throughout. Coaching has had a significant impact on my life, and family and friends around me. I will definitely be giving her a call for coaching in the future.
T.A – stay at home parent
Coaching gave me the opportunity to step off the treadmill and think about my leadership role. I valued the opportunity to be reflective and proactive rather than reacting to situations at work. I liked Anita’s open questioning technique which made me really think about what my answers were; she managed to guide me without giving me the answers. I had time to think about myself and my career, and what I needed to do to make the next step in the leadership structure.
C.P – leader in a school
I was preparing to launch my new business and was feeling overwhelmed by the things I needed to get done alongside being a mother to two very busy young boys. Anita’s business coaching came along just at the right time. The coaching sessions allowed me to process all my thoughts and put them down in a more ordered way. We worked together to come up with a plan of action going forward with goals scheduled along the journey to ‘launch day’. Anita remained in contact with me to provide support and discuss each week how I was feeling and what I had completed against my goals. From this I was able to restructure to ensure that I remained on track. Anita made the process easy and was a great support. I would recommend her service to anyone in a similar position.
K.P - solicitor
Highly recommend Anita. I felt the coaching sessions were relaxed and professional. She challenged me to think and talk through what I needed to. Anita also made me accountable for my goals by setting timeframes for the actions we discussed and politely reminding me of them. Really helped me to focus on what I needed to do next.
K.P – business owner
Coaching with Anita gave me the opportunity to talk and have someone listen. I very much valued that time and felt comfortable discussing my leadership role with her. I was able to separate matters into the most significant ones and work on those first. I came up with strategies and was able to implement those to the benefit of myself and others in my team.
