About me

“When we are no longer able to change a situation, we are challenged to change ourselves.” Viktor E Frankl

In both personal and work situations we often find ourselves with challenges to overcome, and at times we may be at a crossroads or a place of stagnation. In these situations, having a coach to work alongside you is invaluable.

My offer to you is a non-judgemental, caring, confidential, and professional environment for you to think and explore that which is on your mind or in your heart.

The Integral Coaching approach is transformational and explores all facets of your humanness; mental, emotional, physical and spiritual.  My coaching covers both personal challenges and work challenges. I also work with the Enneagram.

What is the Enneagram?

  • The Enneagram is an archetypal model that provides a pathway to self-discovery and personal development from an open systems  perspective
  • It is a complex framework of 9 Core Types, 27 Subtypes, Centres of Expression, Wing Influence and Levels of Development
  • The Enneagram explores the underlying layers of personality in understanding human  nature and consciousness
  • It identifies gifts and provides deeper insight into the core motivations and fears that drive  behaviour, needs and interactions
  • Understanding the Enneagram reduces judgement and criticism while increasing  compassion for self and other

Client Testimonials

"I went through two coaching runs with Angie, two runs of six sessions each.

When I started these sessions, I was fairly clear about the fact that I wanted to work on ‘improving’ myself. I came to the sessions willing to do relevant work toward my areas of growth, but unsure as to how the process would go as I had not done any coaching before. One of my biggest issues and hindrances to my process, I felt, would be the fact that even though I knew wanted to do this work, I am actually a very private person, and of course coaching requires sharing.

Angie, was warm and open, and from the start, I felt I could share a lot with her, without feeling uncomfortable with her reactions to what I brought.

I felt heard, and guided, but mostly, I felt as though we were a team really, working toward the same goals in terms of my growth.

Angie was very good in letting me talk about my issue items, allowing me to truly discuss a lot of what I was going through or perceiving, while remaining objective. She allowed me to open up, she always remained engaged, and showed, genuine interest in my growth around the subjects at hand. She gave me tools to use in terms of how I thought about myself in various situations. I think most importantly Angie made me more able to share openly in my more significant relationships. This is something that I have wanted for myself for a long time, and was not really able to achieve. It is still something that I work at constantly, but I honestly feel more at ease about sharing about myself to those who are dear to me. I believe without any doubt that my engagement with Angie as coach during these twelve sessions, brought about this change. I am thankful to her, for this role that she played in my life.

If someone were to ask me, if I would return to coaching, the answer would be a resounding, yes! I felt that I needed to take some time away from the safety net of having a ‘fulltime’ sounding board. I needed to go it alone a bit and try doing life with the new skills I had acquired. I believe that I have been relatively successful, the areas that I am most pleased about, are my abilities to handle certain situations with more ease. I am able to take on challenges and ask for what I need to be a better employee, I am able to speak more openly about matters that are private, and I have realised why certain relationships with people that I love will never be as close-knit as those I have with others, because of what I consider to be important qualities within my relationships. I think I have started holding myself in higher esteem, as this is something I struggled with, I am happier with who I am becoming, because of this process.

Because of the level of growth, I feel I have experienced while and after working with Angie, I feel very happy to recommend her as a coach to anyone who is looking to work on improving their lives in a more holistic way.

Thank you, Angie, for your very professional and sincere guidance through my coaching process." - Dewlene, BIM Manager

"My experience with Angie has been life changing to say the least. From the moment I first sat down I felt incredibly comfortable with her.  She was able to help me draw out and form the struggles I was having into clear pictures. She helped me work on what I was close to but at the same time miles away from.

The exercises, guidance, support and safe space has allowed me to grow in leaps and bounds and I can confidently say I am a better version (the version that has been hidden under a dark cloud) of myself since my coaching started.

Angie allowed me to feel safe through each stage even when I was feeling my weakest. She asked the right questions at the right times and nudged me when I needed a nudge. What a wonderfully enriching experience this has been and I can only thank her and provide a firm thumbs up xxx" - Tania, Global Operations Manager
