About me

I am currently based in Australia and available for audio-visual (and face-to-face in Canberra). Around 65% of my clients are still UK-based and I coach them either via clickmeeting (a service that you access through the internet meaning no downloading of software is required) or phone. Not only does this mean you can access coaching regardless of where you are, with no travel involved it means you can fit coaching into your life more easily. Plus if you're in lockdown, you can still be coached from your home!

I'm really passionate about personal development and my personal mission is:

To live life fairly, deeply and take every opportunity to grow. To use my love of learning to inspire and coach others so that they identify and attain their most fulfilled life, free from needless limitation.

I work with clients to:

  • Establish your goals and understand what changes you would like to make.
  • Identify why these changes are important to you.
  • Create an action plan to make positive and unambiguous change at mindset, cognitive and behavioural levels.
  • Predict obstacles and how to overcome them.
  • Increase your self-awareness so that you naturally begin to coach yourself.

I’m an Associate Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation, hold a Masters in Occupational Psychology, trained with Barefoot Coaching, have a Post Graduate Certificate in Personal and Business coaching and have regular supervision and mentor coaching.

Bespoke packages available for business and leadership coaching.

Contact me and together we will come up with a package, with no obligation.

Training, qualifications & experience

I'm an Associate Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation, hold a Masters in Occupational Psychology and a Post Graduate Certificate in Personal and Business Coaching. I trained with Barefoot Coaching.

I’ve coached a wide range of people, in a wide range of situations; leadership for officers, young women entering the job market for the first time, mothers who want to change their work/life balance post maternity leave, small business owners and people working on relationship issues.

I volunteer to review CVs and covering letters for the Young Women's Trust which supports and represents women aged 16-30 struggling to live on low or no pay in England and Wales and who are at risk of being trapped in poverty and I also do volunteer coaching with Recruit for Spouses, helping military spouses back into employment.

Other areas of coaching I deal with

I'm especially interested in wellbeing and helping people to find the best way their lives can work for them.

The best package I offer is the Life on Track course. It's aimed at those that:
·     Want to achieve unrealised dreams and goals
·     Feel dissatisfied with their life right now
·     Are precariously balanced and/or unsure how to deal with any more unexpected life events.
It involves a focus on big picture goal-setting, action plans, accountability, balance building and strategies to cope with the unexpected.
Over 3 months, you will have:
·     1 hour fortnightly individual coaching call (by video or phone)
·     1 hour fortnightly group coaching call (by video)
·     An online small group private space (hosted on my website)
·     Access to the Wellbeing Academy webinars, videos and downloads (including things like resilience, wellbeing, working from home and productivity)
·     And a few secret freebies ;)????
Yes, you'll have an hour long coaching call every week for 12 weeks so this isn't for the faint of hear.
This costs £500 for 3 months (or 3 monthly payments of £167). The next course starts the week 11 January 2021. If this sounds like it could be for you, message me for more information and so you can get your 2021 sorted before it even starts.

Further information

Here are some client testimonials, feel free to check out more on my website.

"Thank you so much for everything you've done for me. Our sessions always felt so easy and flowed so naturally from the beginning. I really appreciate how gently you guided me to a place of confidence - and with a wonderful sense of humour. My self-esteem has been hugely boosted and I feel well-equipped to continue building my confidence. But more than anything, I'm grateful that, after a long period of feeling stuck in my ways, you showed me that change is possible! I go forth with much more optimism!"

"Angharad has a very supportive coaching style. She is a great listener and allows for lots of space in the coaching sessions to think, reflect and talk freely. I felt like she truly wanted to help me move forward with my challenges and was encouraging when I made progress. I felt like I was in the safe hands of an experienced coach. Angharad was brilliantly non-directional however would occasionally offer suggestions of what might be going on in a situation which were very perceptive and helpful. I also took away a number of key actions which I am now implementing in my daily routines and showing benefit - as a direct result of the coaching with Angharad. Thank you Angharad!"
