About me

I help professional people find their confidence and improve their communication skills, in both their personal as well as professional lives. I coach people to be clear about what they want and find creative ways to their message across, so they can change their lives for the better well, including - relationships, careers, business and general circumstances.

Coming originally from a sales and marketing background and then studying psychology to degree level, I combine the highly pragmatic with a deeper understanding of human nature.

I use a variety of coaching techniques that help get beneath the surface and tackle confidence and communications issues from the inside out. For instance, I am a Master NLP Practitioner and a Certified Clean Language facilitator.

I am an accredited coach with the Association for Coaching and have over 20 years experience as a full-time people developer and coach.

I also train and supervise other coaches and work with people all over the world by Skype and telephone as well as face-to-face.You can find out more about "Clean Coaching" through

I am also the author of the best seller "Essential Life coaching Skills" published by Routledge in 2009.

Wheelchair user access

Wheelchair-accessible premises should have step-free access for wheelchair users and individuals who are unable to climb stairs. If a life coach's premises aren't step-free, they may offer alternative services such as telephone/web-based appointments, home visits, or meeting clients in different location, so you can choose the option that suits you best.

You can contact the life coach to discuss the options available.

Under the Equality Act 2010 service providers have a duty to make reasonable adjustments to ensure that individuals with disabilities can access their service. You can read more about reasonable adjustments to help you to access services on the CAB website.
