About me
Hi! I'm a Parent and HeartMath® Coach who is deeply passionate about helping parents navigate the many challenges that come with raising children. I know how hard it can be!
With many years of experience in teaching, supporting children with additional needs, managing a nursery, early intervention family support, and raising my own children, I bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to provide the best support for the parents I work with.
My focus is empowering parents to connect. Connecting with ourselves, we can reduce stress, boost energy, and find ways to respond to challenges with greater strength, ease, and clarity. This beautifully supports us in connecting with our children (particularly during tricky times) and, in turn, deepens our relationships, leading to many wonderful benefits for all!

Thrive! - a short course of 3 sessions incorporating scientifically validated techniques from HeartMath® to help you reduce stress, build energy, and move through challenges with calm, ease, and clarity, deepening connections with yourself and your children.
Thrive and Transform is my signature course consisting of 6 sessions - all the benefits of thrive with the opportunity to go deeper exploring ideas, techniques, and strategies to support your needs and challenges.

The Association is made up of a number of different membership categories, e.g. Associate Member (AMAC), Member (MAC), Accredited Member (AC Accred), with the different categories standing for different levels of training and experience. Accredited Members have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by the Association.
The Association has a Code of Ethics & Good Practice and a Complaints Procedure.
