About me
Today, approximately two million individuals aged 45 to 65 in the UK are navigating the complexities of some form of midlife crisis, a period described by Robert A. Johnson as “the dry years of middle age, when we seem to know less and less about why we are functioning.”
As a Wisdom Coach, I can help you break through this "muddle in the middle" and achieve a future where your age becomes a source of strength and inspiration. I work with individuals from diverse backgrounds to enhance self-awareness, learn new tools and techniques, and ultimately set and achieve refreshed life goals.
Through my coaching practice, I provide dialogue, regenerative know-how, and self-organising expertise to help you reach your full potential.
My signature programme is Wisdom Skills, a six-session one-on-one introduction to the tools and techniques for resetting your future. I also offer hourly coaching tailored to your needs.
A member of the Association For Coaches, I am professionally qualified and ascribe to their Code of Ethics.

With my professional coaching qualifications and expertise, I bring a wealth of knowledge to my role. As a member of the Association for Coaches, I am committed to providing the highest standard of service to my clients.
My other diverse and comprehensive qualifications reflect my commitment to providing holistic support. I hold a Diploma in Company Direction from the prestigious Institute of Directors (Chartered) and certifications in Prince2 Project Management and Jungian Psychology from APMG International and the Depth Psychology Academy. I am also a qualified member of the Association of Mental Health First Aiders, equipped to address a wide range of situations.

The Association is made up of a number of different membership categories, e.g. Associate Member (AMAC), Member (MAC), Accredited Member (AC Accred), with the different categories standing for different levels of training and experience. Prices start at £65 for hourly sessions and go up to a cost saving of £375 for a six-and-a-half-hour program spread over six weeks. I invite you to a complimentary 40-minute Discovery meeting to provide you with more insight, connection, and clarity about my coaching approach.

Based in the serene landscapes of Cornwall, UK, I offer online, face-to-face programs and bespoke coaching in a secure and nurturing environment. I can also meet at local venues within a reasonable travelling distance.
While I once thrived as an accomplished alpine mountaineer and scuba dive leader, I now find balance and relaxation in a diverse range of activities, from Iyengar yoga to riding a motorbike and playing cards.
