About me

With over a almost 20 year's experience as a one-to-one coach, you will find my coaching highly effective – and enjoyable too. So while the coaching relationship is focused on gaining serious results, my style is friendly and sprinkled with appropriate humour.

I help clients transform their lives in a number of areas:

Business and Performance Coaching

For managers, health & law professionals, business owners & start-ups

  • Personal effectiveness
  • Career development & strategic thinking
  • Planning & goal achievement
  • Communication skills
  • Confidence & positivity

Confidence, Positivity and Defeating Negative Thoughts

The tools and techniques I offer are proven by current research in the fields of Neuroscience and Positive Psychology. I specialise in helping quieten negative and unhelpful thinking, and showing my clients how a light-hearted approach to our Inner Critic can neutralise its power.

Career and Life Direction – For fulfilment and meaningful success.

There comes a time in many people’s lives when a new direction becomes imperative and urgent. Some clients already have an idea of their new direction, others know only that they need to change course. I use a combination of deep, exploratory conversation and work on personal life values to move my clients to a place of self-understanding about the things that are really important to them. From there we plan a way to achieve meaningful, fulfilling new life and career goals.

I love helping clients become the creative person they want or need to be. I help writers, musicians, artists, performers and others to step up to the next level of creative production, defeat creative blocks, find self-belief and actually practice their chosen creative path – thus finding the satisfaction that only expressed creativity can bring.

For many creative people, helping them design and commit to regular, productive work practises is key. Defining and refining your creative vision can also be important, while building self-belief and silencing debilitating negative thoughts transforms our ability to courageously produce our best creative work.

Stress, Overwhelm, Work and Relationship Difficulties, Crises

These are areas where good life coaching can be at its most powerful. I help clients find calmness and clarity about the situations they are in, the various options open to them, and the steps they can take to improve and resolve things. My clients feel supported and strengthened throughout the process towards results that are life-changing and long-lasting.
