About me

Based in Histon in Cambridge I have over twenty years experience of working in the HR field & as a coach & trainer - experience which I believe helps me to understand and relate to the many challenges we face in our personal & professional lives. Through my coaching practice have been lucky enough to work with a wide range of people and organisations across the UK & internationally, helping them to achieve the changes they have identified - I have a real passion for the coaching process, and would welcome the opportunity to work with you.

As a qualified coach I am fully committed to your development and my aim is to build a coaching environment in which you feel free to explore the issues that are important to you.

What Coaching Means to me

I believe that coaching is one of the most powerful forms of personal learning and development , and is the opportunity for you to discuss, reflect on and plan for key changes in your personal or professional life.

Coaching to me is about giving you time – away from the demands of a busy home or work life to think through and plan the changes you want to make in a completely relaxed, safe, non-judgemental and confidential setting.  As your coach, my role is to question, to clarify, to challenge, to make you think, but most of all to support you in making the changes you want to make – coaching should not simply be a ‘talking shop’ , but should lead to very clear outcomes that you want to achieve.
