I'm a Wellbeing Psychologist (MSc) specialising in positive psychology and ecotherapy. I help you feel more grounded and be confident in your natural self using techniques and interventions based on scientific research.
Sometimes our indoor-based, productivity-driven, digitally-mediated lives disconnect us from who we are and what we want from life. I help you recalibrate so that you feel calm, balanced, present and able to cope with life's inevitable pace and stress.
I offer two types of sessions:
- Ecotherapy: combining coaching and positive psychology, these sessions use nature to help you reconnect with yourself and feel more grounded.
- Ecofix: a guided experience to learn more about nature and wellbeing. Understanding why it makes us happier, healthier and more ourselves.
The two types of sessions are designed to give you the choice of high or low intensity, just like you can with exercise classes. Ecotherapy involves proactive participation, whereas Ecofix is more passive.
My outdoor coaching sessions help increase wellbeing, confidence, self-esteem, motivation, creativity and focus. They help with work-life balance, and reducing stress, overwhelm and anxiety.
Sessions are 60 minutes, and take place in nature - either together in Surrey/Hampshire or via Zoom in our separate outdoor locations.

I believe that coaching is a mental fitness practice, aligned with self-care. I want it to be proactive and accessible, which is why my prices are similar to a PT session or massage.
