About me

Hi I'm Amy. I work with passionate people like you, to empower change. I specialise in personal development, which impacts all areas of your life and career.

Coaching is a journey and one you must enter into willingly. I always begin a coaching relationship with a conversation first; choosing the right coach for you is important to get the most from your experience. Our exploratory chat will involve a little discussion around what's going on for you and what you would like to be different and also allow you to understand the way I work and decide if it’s the best direction for you.

If you are interested and ready to invest your time, energy and finance in a coaching relationship with me I offer a 3 month 'Empowering Change' programme that takes you on a journey through 5 key areas of transformation:

Reflect - on who you are, where you are and how you would like it to be different

Reframe - your situation by exploring your patterns of thinking and behaviour

Responsibility - take back your power and create your reality

Relationships - understand your impact and build better relationships at home and in your career

Resilience - learn how to bounce back better than before

This programme is delivered through 1-2-1 sessions in person or via Skype, tailored to meet your individual requirements. It includes:

  • 9 hours of 1-2-1 coaching (sessions can be 60 or 90 minutes)
  • A bespoke personality and performance profile
  • Tools, techniques, resources and inspiration
  • Exercises and actions to be completed between sessions
  • Me as your accountability partner to help you to integrate the changes you want to make
  • Email support during working hours between sessions

Whether you want to work on yourself, your career or your relationships with others, I will provide a safe, confidential space for you to explore what is going on for you. My approach is friendly and relaxed and I will quickly put you at ease so you feel comfortable opening up to me. I will hold up a mirror to the conscious and unconscious things that are holding you back so that you can move forward much quicker than if you were to do it alone.

As a result of working with me you could:

  • Develop or change your career
  • Build confidence and resilience
  • Understand yourself better
  • Identify what is holding you back
  • Find direction and purpose
  • Become more motivated
  • Build better relationships
  • Reduce anxiety and stress
  • Feel happier
  • Set goals and take action to achieve them
  • Be held accountable for the goals you set
  • Move forward much quicker that if you were to do it alone
  • Stop surviving and start thiving
  • Improve your life, career or business

Please do not hesitate to get in touch for an exploratory chat about how I can help you.

Client Feedback:

“Working with Amy has been amazing. I instantly warmed to her from the first moment we met and also trusted her implicitly, which allowed me to be very open and honest. I walked away from each session feeling that the load was lightening and honestly feel better now than I have for years. This has had such a positive impact on every aspect of my life”

"You helped me think out loud on a lot of issues and I achieved some new insights and clarity I had never before had. I have gained insights in to why I have previously behaved in certain ways, which is enabling me to power through things that have previously held me back. It has been really good to have somebody outside of the business to talk with and bounce ideas off”

“I very much enjoyed our sessions. Amy’s client approach is thoughtful and well pitched with appropriate time for reflection and discussion provided. Amy’s application of the tools and methodologies I felt, was insightful and rightly driven by our conversations. I have become more self aware in terms of who I am and what it is I value”

"Coaching has really benefitted me, more than I originally thought. Our sessions helped open me up and increase my self awareness, which in turn has helped me to make more informed decisions"

"The process of working with Amy has been great. Informality made it easier to approach sessions and allowed me to open up a bit as I would naturally be inclined to keep things to myself. I now have a different outlook, being more flexible rather than judging on early impressions”
