About me

Hi, I'm Amy. I specialise in empowering people with the tendency to put others needs above their own to build the clarity, courage and confidence to become responsibly selfish. Because that's when you get to live a life that feels good for the unique individual that you are.

Imagine a world where people put down the weight of others’ expectations, connect with their rebellious heart, and live a life that’s true to the unique individual that they really are.

I want to be part of a world where we consciously choose ourselves and live life on our own terms, still deeply connected with others. I know that it’s possible to create a world that fits YOUR unique parts, surrounded by YOUR people, living a life YOU love.

This is why it’s my mission guide you back to yourself so you can make conscious choices and design a life that’s happier, lighter, and feels good for YOU.

I see you... Exhausted? Guilty? Stressed? Frustrated? Overwhelmed?

Not so long ago I was in your shoes, dragging myself through life, searching for the light. I was miserable, stuck, unfulfilled and completely disconnected from myself and the people around me. I was trying so hard to stuff down my feelings and put my ‘I’m fine’ mask on that I didn’t know who I was, how I felt or what I wanted anymore.

But it doesn’t have to be that way.

I learned the hard way that you can’t drink from an empty cup and this is why it’s my mission to empower you to liberate yourself from strive and struggle, show you how to prioritise the important things, and build a life that feels good for the unique individual that you are.

  • Why keep letting fear and uncertainty hold you back?
  • Why keep letting your needs take a back seat to everything else?
  • Why keep crawling into bed feeling exhausted and dreading having to get up and do it all again tomorrow?
  • Why stay stuck in this rinse and repeat rut you are in?
  • Why keep allowing strive, stress and struggle to be the price you pay for success?
  • Why wait until you reach breaking point?

I know it’s possible to make these changes because I have done it. I now set healthy boundaries, have difficult conversations and prioritise what’s important to me. I believe that self-care is doing what is right for you, not necessarily what is easy. A massage, a bubble bath, a retreat etc are all lovely ways to help us feel better, but without addressing the real cause of our stress, frustration and unhappiness, the effects soon wear off. My coaching programmes are about dealing with the stressors, not just the stress.

But here’s what I want you you to know. I’m not special. Neither are my clients (although they are pretty awesome). We are just regular people who want more than to work ourselves into the ground. We all started with fears and doubts. And yet, we’ve all made changes in our lives that bring us more happiness and fulfilment, simply because we decided to take the leap.

And if it’s possible for us, it’s totally possible for you too!

Are you ready to do things differently? If so, I've got you -

1. Book a call

Client Feedback:

"Wow, what a journey! Coaching helped me to understand myself and work better with the people around me. The tools you gave me to address conflict enabled me to connect with my colleagues in a more professional manner.

I have learned not to take on everyone else's problems - I can still support them, but without climbing into their issues. I now take power in my own capabilities instead of comparing myself to others and I have been promoted!

Figuring out the changes I needed to make has freed up headspace to focus on what's important - my happiness. My self worth and confidence has grown and I can't express enough how the sessions really helped change my whole outlook on life."

“Working with Amy has been amazing. I instantly warmed to her from the first moment we met and also trusted her implicitly, which allowed me to be very open and honest. I walked away from each session feeling that the load was lightening and honestly feel better now than I have for years. This has had such a positive impact on every aspect of my life”

"You helped me think out loud on a lot of issues and I achieved some new insights and clarity I had never before had. I have gained insights into why I have previously behaved in certain ways, which is enabling me to power through things that have previously held me back. It has been really good to have somebody outside of the business to talk with and bounce ideas off”

“I very much enjoyed our sessions. Amy’s client approach is thoughtful and well-pitched with appropriate time for reflection and discussion provided. Amy’s application of the tools and methodologies I felt, was insightful and rightly driven by our conversations. I have become more self-aware in terms of who I am and what it is I value”

"The process of working with Amy has been great. Informality made it easier to approach sessions and allowed me to open up a bit as I would naturally be inclined to keep things to myself. I now have a different outlook, being more flexible rather than judging on early impressions”
