Amanda Webbon - Psychotherapist, Supervisor and Coach
I am a qualified Coach working in Private Practice helping clients achieve their potential in areas related to business, career, self development and confidence. Working collaboratively with me I hope you will feel accepted and valued and more able to make the decisions that will enhance your well-being and help you to find a work life balance where you are reaching your potential.
Many of my skills as a Psychotherapist transfer well into my coaching work, which is concerned primarily with helping individuals achieve change in their life, including recognising their potential, promoting their growth, improving their efficiency and productivity at work and overcoming self-limiting behaviour patterns.
Coaching offers leverage points for growth and works well for people who have the desire to learn and grow. In some situations, therapy may be more appropriate and sometimes a balance of coaching and therapy is more effective. The type of approach would be discussed prior to commencing any work together. Working collaboratively with me I hope you will feel accepted and valued and more able to make the decisions that will enhance your well-being and help you to live your life in a more satisfying way.
In my experience, it is important to find the right coach for you as the professional relationship is key to success. Therefore, I offer an initial 30 minute session which enables you to meet me, ask questions and decide whether you would like to work with me as your Coach.
I also offer supervision to therapists, coaches and other professionals working in the health, wellbeing and coaching environment.

Initial 30 minute session £30.00.
Coaching £60.00 per 60 minute session.

My coaching extends to any individuals looking to explore their options and potential. From experience I recognise that business, career, self development and confidence are all areas that can be improved by Coaching.
I believe that you have your own answers to all your questions and difficulties. However, at this time you might be experiencing problems accessing those answers and using a Coach can be a very effective way of solving your problems and unlocking your potential.
I have a particular interest in anxiety and low self esteem and how this can lead to self-limiting behaviours and an inability to reach your potential. These can be explored and understood in greater detail in coaching, with the intention of discovering and making the necessary changes for positive development and growth.
