About me

Amanda Webbon - Counsellor/Psychotherapist, Supervisor and Coach

I am a fully qualified, private practice coach working face to face and online and aim to help you achieve your potential. If you are looking for personal development, improvements in your self-esteem or confidence working collaboratively with me, will help you to find ways to achieve this. I work to ensure you feel accepted and valued and able to make decisions, take appropriate action and meet your chosen goals. I will help you to find a life balance where you are reaching your potential whether it is related to business, career, lifestyle or wellbeing.

Coaching offers leverage points for growth and works well if you have the desire to learn and grow.  Coaching can help you to achieve your true potential, set practical and achievable goals, develop new skills and identify and maximise your strengths. Coaching can help you overcome negative behaviours and thought processes, which create difficulties and blocks.

Whether personal or professional, coaching will help you to manage change positively. In my experience, it is important to find the right coach as the professional relationship is key to success. I aim to help you to empower yourself to meet and exceed your personal and professional goals. Please feel free to call me to explore your options.

Further information

Coaching is for you if you are looking to explore your options and potential. From experience I recognise that business, career, self development and confidence are all areas that can be improved by Coaching.

I believe that you have your own answers to all your questions and difficulties. However, at this time you might be experiencing problems accessing those answers and using a Coach can be a very effective way of reaching your desired outcomes and unlocking your potential.

I have a particular interest in anxiety and low self esteem and how this can lead to self-limiting behaviours and an inability to reach your potential. These can be explored and understood in greater detail in coaching, with the intention of discovering and making the necessary changes for positive development and growth.

Wheelchair-accessible premises should have step-free access for wheelchair users and individuals who are unable to climb stairs. If a life coach's premises aren't step-free, they may offer alternative services such as telephone/web-based appointments, home visits, or meeting clients in different location, so you can choose the option that suits you best.

You can contact the life coach to discuss the options available.
