About me

Online and phone sessions available - During these times, I am able to provide counselling and psychotherapy skills within coaching sessions.

Within our initial free consultation session, we look at understanding what's going on for you and how coaching can help. When looking at moving through blocks, navigating change or taking time for personal development, our work uses structured sessions whilst integrating tools within coaching conversations.

When you have an idea of what it is you need but not quite sure of where to start, Integrative coaching looks at;

  • where you are at and what is not working,
  • limiting thoughts and behaviour patterns,
  • exploring the 'cause and effect',
  • the internal and external environments.

Our work together looks at leaning in with curiosity, and courage. There will more than likely be challenges and resistance to being outside the 'comfort zone', so together, we'll look at what's coming up for you with integrity and unconditional acceptance as you towards growth.

"We cannot solve our problems with the same thinking we used when we created them."
Albert Einstein

Sessions are open to fully explore where it is you are focusing your intention from wherever you are at. Whether that is in crisis, recovery, growth or maintenance within your life, we look together at the resources available to you and integrate any new changes or adaptions into your belief system and ways to manage challenges along the way.

What I do...

Complementary to this work, I'm completing an Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy PGDip along with phone counselling for The Mix. As a personal creative community project, I facilitate a music Jam which has been moved online also.

What draws me to personal development and serving others is experiencing and witnessing the possibilities of transformation through change in the face of adversity. Becoming increasingly aware of the nuances that goes into the catalysts for change and growth in individuals.

How I do it...

Within our sessions we explore obstacles, behaviours and thought patterns that are not serving you. As these are identified, we work towards long term change, using do-able actions and personalised exercises whilst adapting to any moving parts along the way. The more in-depth sessions use neuro-semantics and clinical hypnotherapy, where you are provided a safe space to explore deep-rooted belief systems and ‘reprogram’ those that are no longer serving you.

"Thank you so much for the call today it really has helped, Amanda. I haven't met you, but what you do and how you do it is amazing. Thanks again for the support and the encouragement that everything is and will be okay. Never had help like this before you truly are awesome. Speak next week, many thanks."

"Powerful. Insightful. Game changing. My coaching experience with Manda was absolutely eye opening. I was very caught up with what I wanted to do for my next step towards my career and just one session with Manda allowed my to clear all my blocked emotions and allowed me to feel free and empowered! She gave me the tools and techniques that I still use till this day! Highly recommended!"

Music Jam Workshop

"The first Jam ...was enormous fun n funk !?! Great bunch of stimulating people who really seem to enjoy Creative Collaborative Community ... which is quite rare these days. I hope to be part of many more like it."
